Purchased cigars as a gift to my work friends. The employee Fred was very polite, respectful, and did not make me feel dumb or ignorant. I would definitely recommend them!

Great customer service. I went in for a pipe and being a pipe rookie I had a few questions. I was treated respectfully and my questions were answered and additional recommendations for tobacco choices were made. I purchased a pipe and a couple different flavors of tobacco based on their suggestions and was not disappointed.

This is by far the best cigar lounge around. Great selection of premium cigars. Amazing lounge area. And the manager, Tom Horn, is great. Whether looking for a cigar thats right for you or handling a customer service issue, he is top notch.

I RARELY give negative feedback, but I am APPALLED by the utter lack of respect my fiancé received while purchasing a cigar. The man belittled him just because he asked a couple of questions. My fiancé is extremely polite, treats people with respect and has a lot of patience. He even said “Happy New Year” to the despicably rude gentleman as he was leaving and the man just stared at him. To the man who works there, perhaps you shouldn’t work in customer service if you are going to treat people like garbage. Happy New Year!!!!

A very large selection of premium, handmade cigars to suit every palate and budget. The smoking lounge is attractive and comfortable. It is furnished with multiple sofas, easychairs, a big screen television, and a lavatory. Personal lockers are available (for a fee) to house cigars, adult beverages, etc. The friendly and knowledgeable sales staff are ready and able to assist customers with tobacco-related purchases. The shop also has a wide variety of pipes, pipe tobacco, cigar cutters, lighters, humidors and chilled water, iced tea and sodas.

Decent prices on premium Cigars. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a smoking lounge in the back with leather recliners and couches and the best part is you can BYOB, plus order great food from the wine pub next door. Very relaxing!

Thanks to Tom Horn for an informative discussion on cigars and a tour of the Eldersburg shop/lounge. Its obvious he takes pride in his location. Looking forward to a return visit.

This place has great service and a knowledgeable staff for all your pipe smoking and cigar needs. The smoking Lounge is really nice often frequented by friendly good-natured people.

Ive been to almost every cigar shop within an hour of this one, and the EBurg Davidus is simply the best. Everything from the staff, the store, the selection, it blows everything else away. I cant recommend them enough!
