Great Service

This shop was on a list, among others, to order apparel for my son’s school (Sykesville Middle) and travel baseball team (Sykesville Cyclones) - yes, we are local. I placed an order totaling around $200 - all shirts. After almost 3 months and 4 phone calls - all assuring me that my order would be mailed ‘that week’ - I do not expect to get what I ordered (or an honest answer) until I create a much larger issue for this business. Just what I wanted to do, during the holiday season :(
