Im surprised nobody noticed this but almost every engine and transmission they have they roll the miles back on. Notice its all around 107k, 121k. Always short square numbers. Mostly everything they have like magic is low miles. Even follow the stock numbers. Same stock number engine has totally different miles than the transmission. Get the vin number off the unit they are trying to sell its usually double or triple whats advertised.And yes I was burned by junk they sold me.

Nice experience especially as the part I got (a replacement side mirror) fitted perfectly. Was almost discouraged though by the guy who took my call initially until I decided to show up in person!!

Staff was pretty friendly. However they need better parking or signs as to where you should park. Seems like no matter where you park someone is mad and your in the way

Ordered transmission got it in van and didn’t work at all called to discuss told they’d get me another trans supposedly it got shipped and no clue where it went waited weeks to get something figured out and was told I’d get some money back on labor due to sending me a bad trans then told since customer got their own trans somewhere else because they where tired of waiting that I wouldn’t get any labor back and it’s been weeks waiting for them to pick up trans and refund my money 1 star is entirely too much every time I talk to them I get the run around they never call back when they will customer service SUCKS PERIOD

I have been in wrecking yards from Texas to Montana to minnesota, this is the sorriest place I have ever been! Because you cant access the inventory I could only get part of an antenna that I needed. They already wanted three times as much as the other yards but they were closer so I was willing to pay. When I brought in the two pieces that I was able to get he still wanted to charge me the full 25. When I said that wasnt fair he yanked it out of my hands threw it in the trash can and told me to get out! Where to do business guys you suck

My experience at global was great I was there no more than five min for an engine, door,fender.and I was out .beat all the other surrounding prices and they pulled them out and delivered them for free.

Bad customer service, very unprofessional try to rip you offif you like to be insulted this is the place to call.The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I could not go any lower.

Bought engine on ebay, after a week of not getting it, i called. 4 people transferred me and then first guy answers and acts like he has no idea they sell engines on ebay. Then another guy says it will be out by Friday, a week goes by no engine. I call again, he says you have my word it will be at your place tomorrow, call 2 days later, same guys says i promise you that you will have it today. It never showed. Called next day, says sorry its on its way you will have it by end of day. Well it never showed. Never will i recommend this circus of a business to anyone. In process of asking for a refund from ebay.

Do not go here! The owner of the company Joey is horrible! I got stuck with my car outside because my AC compressor went out and the owner joe didnt want to help me out at all! I whispered to my self its been stressful day and he wanted to fight with me literally walking outside and calling me names for no reason, That’s not the way to handle things as a company when you see a customer is stressed out, then didnt want to refund me on a part I just bought, Please dont go here order your part or go somewhere else!

Just bad and rude services totally disappointed. I am never going there again and dont recommend it at all, the guy try to sell me 2 screws for $5 I asked for more info about the screws just denied me. I went to the junk yard around the corner and totally see the difference, they gave me 4 free screws!It just didnt work out at all NEVER going there and I dont recommend it.

I’ve paid $2,700 to replace my engine last August, and now the engine is going bad already!!! It hasn’t even been a year yet! This place is definitely a RIP-OFF!!!! Of course I had the 90 day warranty and even with that I kept coming back for issues on the engine! I hate that I came here!! I don’t have just 2700 bucks laying around to waste. My grandpa was looking to scrap his old car and needed a place locally to help do that. I drove it over and explained the situation and Global was able to help me scrap it and get some nice change in return. My grandpa was happy and I was happy that Global was there to help!

Called to order a fender and the man on the phone refused to sell it because I needed it to be black and he didn’t feel like checking the color which would be understandable if he wasn’t advertising it with the color. Guy was an absolute jerk and I would never do business with such rude people.

Called for a motor, agreed on price and delivery date. Got a call back 10 min later saying they they need more money for it since the “big guy”Was mad he didn’t make enough on the deal. Fine, agreed cause I needed it. They wouldn’t budge . Then 5 min later get another call back saying that someone there sold the same motor and it was already spoken for so I couldn’t get it. I get it it’s a junk yard and this is how it is, but business is business and customer service is key. This isn’t the first time there have been issues, but it is the last time id consider them for anything

I normally don’t take time to write reviews but I felt this experience necessary. I called for a part in the morning and the first guy was great answered all my questions and was polite. Called again later that day too let them know I was on my way and was hung up on tried calling right back and was forwarded to voicemail. I called 20 min later and got another guy who was as bad as the 2nd guy. He was of no help completely rude and acted like I was a problem for telling them what I was told by the first guy in the morning. I don’t expect much when dealing with a salvage yard but basic manners and knowing your products is a necessary component of running a good business. Today Global lost a sale and all future business from me. Buyer beware try to stay away.

I recently got a new vehicle because mine old one just quit. I needed to find a way to get rid of as easy as possible. I looked online and found Global Auto. When I called they said they could come pick it up for FREE and got me paid quickly. Without their help I would be stuck with a junked car still. Thanks Global.

I had great experience dealing with Global Auto parts, these guys are hard working honest people Tobin had a great attitude and a life time of experience in customer service and it was just a pleasure to do business with this company. I bought a low mileage engine for a very competitive price and Joe even had it cleaned up for me and dropped off at the repair shop of my choice. I also bought a tailgate for my truck Joe was able to get it in 24 hrs and again had it dropped off for me. I will definitely do business with these guys again, Im glad to know they are in my back yard they have superior parts and if Joe doesnt have it he can definitely get it fast for you. I needed a working radiator for my car. Called Global Auto Recyclers to see if they had one that would fit my vehicle; luckily they did and it was reasonably priced. Wow. From the moment I walked in, feels like I’ve known them all my life. They were on time with my appointment and completed the work while I relaxed! Ordered an engine from them back in July. The engine arrived with oil that looked like it had been mixed with coolant showing that it had a bad head gasket. i sent the motor back and called in multiple times waiting for a refund to be processed but it was never processed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK YARD.

Went in for an emergency fix on my Subaru. They were offering the replacement part for a price that I could not afford. I decided to look for alternate options and luckily Global Auto had the exact part for much cheaper. Without these guys, my wallet would be hurting big time.

Went in a few months ago with my 21-year-old minivan. Great service; new manager, knowledgeable, fixed the car and got us out of there in short order. Much better than some of my experiences with other mechanics.

3 stars because initial service was amazing. After I paid, it was downhill after. I am going to have to wait 6 days for my engine to arrive after everyday I am being told it will arrive tomorrow morning. Only explanation I get is there is no driver and what do you want? There is nothing else to say its amazing how the man has the audacity to be frustrated at me when im the one with a HUGE inconvenience. Do they not ever have drivers for deliveries? I am expected to believe them when they say its coming next morning and it never arrives. Very unfortunate and disappointed that my attitude about this business has changed for the worse. I was looking forward to establishing future business here.

I bought a part that was supposed to be tested and working. They did not test it to see if it was working and I had my mechanic install it. It obviously did not work and had to be taken back out and I had to buy a brand new one. All the gas and time I spent was a waste. Then I asked if I could get store credit and the owner said no because I misplaced the receipt in all this mess. He sure was quick to take my money for a non working part STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

They had the parts that I was looking for my classic Porsche 356 A that other places didn’t carry. Very convenient to get parts and reasonably priced. I will be back in the future if I need more parts.

We are a salvage in Minnesota and we tried to purchase a motor the beginning of January and we were told it would be a couple days we were totally fine with that but when it came much later than that i called to get a tracking number from the guys there and was told they would find it and call me back well couple hrs went by and no call called back and was told the same thing this went on the whole day so i called before they closed and wanted to talk to Joe he wasnt in so called the next morning and Joe answered and told me the motor was not even on a pallet and it would be sent out that day so next day called to get tracking number and was not given it i told him to send me a pic of the motor on the pallet strapped and wrapped he said he would gave so i gave him the number to do so no text called the next day and was given the run around and he said he is going to give the money back because we kept calling. so my boss actually flew to AZ and drove a van back with a motor inside to make our great longtime customer happy so watch what you buy from these guys

I had called them to pick up a junk vehicle I’d had. The gave me a price of 175. I’d already talked to a different auto recycling company that was going to give me 225. I’d asked if they could match that price and the employee rudely answered no that they don’t want to spend more than 175 on the vehicle. Than I asked why and he just hung up on me. Not the first time I’ve got such a lowball price from this company before.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Payed over 1,000 dollars and received broken transmissions. Terrible customer service.. take your money elsewhere!

I just wanted to pay ahead so I can just go pick up the part and they denied it I can’t drive 45 mins to go pay in person and wait there until the part is taking off the vehicle.

I needed a new engine. I dealt with Joe Euccara. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a very reasonable time. They told us about another problem with the car that needed attention soon and delivered that part to another repair shop that did that kind of work. Joe was honest and I trusted him. I would go back there if I ever need an engine or transmission in the future.

If you need a decent quality part this is not a bad lot to try but if you need it in a timely fashion...even days ahead of time.. do not go here. The service was absolutely terrible. I talked to about 4 different people on the phone and dealt with an additional 2 when I got to the lot and each and every one of them told me a different process of how things needed to be done. Everyone was rude and condescending and made this process unbearable. As frequently as I need parts for all of our different cars at the price this lot advertises, I will not be back due to how I was treated.

Joey is the hardest working guy in the business. He will help you find what you need even when its not currently in his stock. I recommend this place to all my friends.

They were able to pick up the car that I had sold to them very quickly which is nice. The guy that came and picked up the car was nice enough as well. Would have been 5 stars but the price that I was quoted was not what they gave me once they picked up my car. I was quoted $250 and they only gave me $225.

Im going to get right to the point. I was referred to this company from a Firestone tech that brought an engine you company. Upon searching they inventory i found an engine that i wanted to buy. I went in the office to buy the motor. i wasnt told when it was going to be removed from the donor vehicle nor delivered to my house. I brought the engine on 4/5/2019 and now is the 4/12/19. I called a few times asking about when it would be delivered. I was told two different times by people who didnt even care to figure out why it was a delay. I gotten hung up on, and rudely spoken to. All i wanted to know was when my $870 dollar motor would be delivered. It would been nice to even get a call saying it might be a delay or something..Can anyone FROM MANAGEMENT RESPOND TO THIS?I will not change my review until i feel like your company actually is here to service the customer.

Bunch of Scammers, if your looking to buy a mechanical part, this is the worst place to go. They are rude, will not help and also would raise voice at you especially Chris, sold me an incomplete transmission and also had the audacity to tell me to ask my mechanic to grab the part from the broken one even though i paid full price... Run from them

I had several very good experiences with Global Auto recycling. Most recently I purchased a Mini Cooper S that needed a new clutch from them. I saw the car in their yard when I went to pick up Chrysler Pacifica engine cradle and steering rack. The price was excellent! They towed it to my home by flat bed. I replaced the clutch which was the only major thing needed as stated, and the car started right up. As I described the yard to my son when I saw the Mini, we realized we purchased a 5 speed manual transmission from there over 10 years ago. The staff was professional and called me when the parts were available. I drove over 1 hour each way to get to their yard and will buy from them in the future.

I have purchased a engine for my jeep on April 1st, 2019 engine arrived and did not work called Joe at Global Auto informed him about the problem. Had old bad engine picked up and sent over another engine. Same problem doesnt work called Joe on what is going on, never had a problem before need another engine sent over or refund he refuses to both. Worst customer service experience when asked for a refund, they sell horrible parts and damaged equipment and wont do anything about it.... ******** to your reply below Joe we are a shop to which when we spoke in the morning about this problem you said your not doing anything about it but the damage to the radiator or the window motor you damaged for locking keys in car you had no problem of us having to replace your mistakes your the reason people need to be aware of and yes i did report you for the horrible service
