I came in to order a coffee, and it was the best cup of coffee I’ve had in a while. Definitely worth it to stop by, grab a coffee and hang out. The employee was also very respectful and welcoming. Great overall experience!

Stopped by Crafts for a warm cup of coffee. Barista recommended the cookie butter donut and...wow... it was awesome. Great service, definitely encourage anyone thats in the area to try it out.

Craft Donuts has always been our favorite! We live 5 min away from the library so we were so excited that they opened there. Great quality and flavors and the brown sugar oat milk latte is my favorite! Even though its a smaller space than Dundee, the quality and service is just as great!!

I ordered a iced mocha and two donuts. I got a iced white chocolate, and the donuts were both dry and powdery. Me and my boyfriend got food poisoning from it.

Ive been getting the breakfast sandwich and have had difficulties eating the crust of it! It was hurting my teeth and Im someone that eats kettle chips often so I asked if I could have the crust on the side and they were happy to do it. I really appreciate the service (Im sorry if its a kiddish thing of me ahh). Thank you, guys.

I come in i always have money to spend n the two teens they had working the other day acted like they had no care in the world let alone for the consumer i was patiently waiting for my sandwich which is over priced for wat u receive but the two teens also had a discorded attitude in general like the consumer ordered n anything else is irrelevant not knowing if i was going to order more food or donuts there pretentious attitude n failure to accommodate to the consumer significantly made my choice not to buy from here so much easier
