Is very nice and clean place friendly people and the gelato was really good the frappes are good too. If you like coffee you should try the nutella with espresso 👌 trust me you wont be disappointed definitely Im going back

Glad I stopped in for a visit. Been wanting to come in and try the gelato all year. First and foremost, you will not be disappointed with the service. Family owned and operated and it really shows. Aside from the exceptional service, the gelato is extraordinary. Ill definitely be coming back to try the coffee.

They have such a selection of gelato in shop and coffee items! The staff was very homely too. Since it was my first time there, I was given a breakdown of how the gelato can be put into other items like their frappés and their affogatos. They also change flavors up from time to time so its very recommended to follow them on social media.

Absolutely delicious!!! We also got a sea salt caramel apple chai. We definitely take the drive to come back!!!!!

I only wish I could have tried more before getting full. Do not pass this place by. I wasn’t interested in the roast beef croissant, my wife got it, best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. Really smart with the cheese. Great! I had the bubble waffle which is served with syrup. It was Straight warm goodness. We shared a mousse cake that was delicious as well. I don’t always like chai lattes but this one was amazing. The specialty lavender cone blew me away. The gelato was sooooo creamy and bursting with flavor. I loved it here. Great treat for our 4 year old. I got a chocolate and hazelnut croissant but haven’t tried them yet. They look and smell perfect. I pray this is sustainable. Went here with my sister for a quick snack, and we absolutely loved it! Workers are friendly, prices are reasonable, and the food was AMAZING!

Ok first time there . They walked us through it we got the gelato sampler it was awesome, also took home the chocolate cherry pie. Again great ladies. Cant wait to get back for more.

Stopped here with my cousin who lives close by. It was my first time so I wasnt sure what to order. I looked at their specials and immediately knew I would want a gingerbread cookie latte. It did not disappoint, and the temperature was perfect to immediately start drinking. I actually finished it before we even got back to her house, and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Got our drinks to go. They were made to perfection. They are crafted with good quality ingredients. They are well balanced especially coffee drinks. They even checked the temperature, and made sure they were well presented.nice little spot with friendly staff!

We stopped in just to try it out and left knowing this was going to be our new place to get treats. They have a great variety and it’s great quality. I had the gelato shake with birthday cake and strawberry cheesecake which was absolutely delicious and a great price for the serving size. I’d highly recommend this over any other ice cream/treat shop nearby.

I took the kids out for gelato. Every flavor chosen was so fresh and tasty. My lemon sorbetto was so creamy and robust. The staff was so friendly, and patient. They were more than accommodating with us sampling the flavors. It was our first trip, and we are excited already about our next.

Best Gelato I have EVER had!!!! Better than is was when it was a different name/owner. Today they forgot a pint bc I ordered 2 of the same flavor so understandable mistake. I was going to go pick it up and they insisted on delivering it! Can’t wait to go back.

I don’t review places often, but this is a 5 star place. If you like great gelato, friendly and welcoming owners, affordably priced desserts, then this is your place. It’s always difficult for new cafes and restaurants to fit into a neighborhood, and Mozzafiato feels like it’s been in western Elgin for years.
