My garage door was jamming in the last 8-10 of travel when closing. Ive had to replace my springs quite a few times in the 14 years Ive lived here, so I wouldnt doubt that I, a YouTube DIYer, messed it up more than once.However, when it started reversing and not reliably closing, it was time to call someone who knows what theyre doing. Apparently that someone was Chris. Door runs smoothly, no phony sales pitch that I needed a bunch of new parts, in and out in about 40 minutes. Amount charged was nothing more than a standard service call, which was $20 higher than another company I called, but since theyre BBB rated and veteran-owned (if Im not mistaken), I went with them.

We used Next Door to replace our garage door after a bad summer storm and some hail damage. They came out for a quote and were honest and fair about their pricing. They told us they had a higher quote then perhaps other companies that might give us a cheaper (and not as well made) product, but that their service included new tracks, new springs, etc, and not just the door. We found that their pricing was completely reasonable for this all-inclusive service, and wanted the better product. They completed their work in under 3 hours, and the new garage door looks great. While we only got a basic model, its still 3 times better then the door that was on our house to begin with, and I feel confident it was installed expertly. I definitely recommend this company!

What great service! Ray was ready to help with my garage door issues. My original issue with the light not working was operator error. Ray replaced the rubber strip on the bottom and the side weather stripping of my door plus tuned up my garage door/opener. Even though it is a chain gear it is so much quieter. Thank you, Ray!

Our second time using Next Door, and once again, they did a fabulous job. Fantastic Company! Paul and his crew really deliver service with excellence. We were heading out of town on vacation two weeks ago, already running late to get on the road the last thing I did before leaving was close the garage door as I did the cable came off the roller and it jammed. I immediately called Next Door and scheduled an appointment for the next day. It was comforting to know that I could enjoy my vacation and not worry about it, The repair man came out the next day and fixed it. When we got home two days later everything was all good!

My husband & I own rental properties and it seems like we have garage door problems at least a couple times a year. Paul and his guys are all experienced at all types of repairs and are willing to suggest different ways to save money or avoid future repair problems. He also sells & installs a great garage screen that allows you to get air into the garage without the bugs.
