Solid and Reliable - Very Easy to work with!I have had Fox Valley install security systems at both my home and business. I have been using the system at home for over 10 years and it has proven to be very reliable. They did a great job designing and installing a security system at my business and were right on schedule. Highly Recommended!

We have now had them for 4yrs. We previously had a big name security company and when I would set the alarm off by mistake it would take 5-7 minutes for them to call me. With Fox Valley I seriously receive a call within a minute. It surprises everytime. Yes I have probably set the alarm off 3 - 4 times and everytime I get that call within 1 minutes (probably closer to 30 seconds). I am pleased with their customer service as well and I am very happy we switched and recommend them to others.

Thankfully the service is better than their website!
