This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my life. The cheese was squished and all over the bag, the fries were thrown into the bag and went all over the place. If i could rate lower than 1, I would.

The beef--people who live around Chicago know what I mean when I say beef--was very good.Let me stop here and say this was the first time Ive been to this restaurant.I asked for my fries to be well done. They were not well done. The beef gets 8 and the fries get 3 with an overall score of 6.

Great food great people! The combo beef & sausage is a favorite. Heaped with meat on delicious bread. The gravy tastes like my childhood memories!Tonight was the steak sandwich. Delicious! Bread so fluffy inside but crispy on the outside. Steak great flavor!

I can honestly say I am a regular... but the last few weeks the FRIES are AWEFUL... not fully cooked or soggy.. They used to have the BEST Fries around, crispy but not overdone.I already called and told them once about it. Hopefully they will get a clue before they lose lots of business. Sadly I am not wasting money on them until they fix it.

Food is good but we miss Calista she was always so nice and talkative. She knew our orders by heart. Now thats love!

Wienerville used to be a great place to get food. Sadly, that is over now. They replaced the entire staff and the new cook staff hasnt got a clue what they are doing. I ordered a polish, an italian sub, and a bacon burrito dog trough the drive-thru and I get home and I had a polish, italian beef, and a cheese dog with bacon in the bag. I go back and go inside and let them know my order was wrong. I waited over twenty minutes for them to fix the order and when I got home this time I had a polish, an italian beef combo sandwich, and what looks like a bacon burrito dog, plus the meat for an italian sub with no bread or anything else for the sandwich wrapped in foil.I have been going to wienerville 3 for years and have never had service this bad. The ladies taking the orders are great but the cooking staff dont know what they are doing and the one person they called the cook was passed out outside along the building.Be warned the service at this location has gone downhill fast!

Ok place for Cheap food. Its so tasty. The service was very welcoming and observant. Prices that wont shock you.

Friendly staff, great food, low wait times. Not ideal for dining in but don’t let that discourage you from trying this place. Always willing to help local sports and fundraisers. Always nice to public employees. Never had a bad experience

They are back to the good courteous crew with tops in fast food and daily specials. Everything looks very clean and the workers do too.

I had a Rodeo Beef 10 inch. And split it with my son.

Customer service is not important. Employees are rude and unhelpful, and when you tell management this they dont care.I usually eat here a few times a month with my whole family. December 8th at 7pm I went through, ordered $30 worth off food and went home. The steak sandwich was slimy, so probably spoiled. Their was something wrong with the meat so I called to try to tell them, and the employee (a lady) refused to say her name, said there was nothing wrong with the sandwich without even looking at it, insisted it was fresh and good, then hung up. She did not offer to replace it, did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I dont know if it is a cheaper meat because they switched owners recently but that is not the sandwich I have been eating for the past 4 years. The employee was super rude, unhelpful, and down right disappointing/ disrespectful. I know what food should be, I am serv safe certified,and I have food management experience. There was something wrong with the meat and if I finished eating it I would have been sick.

I have been here three times in the month since Ive learned about this place. Really really good dogs—Ive had the traditional Chicago-style as well as the amazing bbq Rodeo dog. I am glad I have finally found a great local place to get my hotdog fix! #VoteKokoris Gail Borden Library Board (sorry).

Last night was the first time we went to this magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the exceptional meal and fine drinks and with the friendly cost. We will no doubt return there in a short time.

They have the best Italian beefs!! The people are always friendly. They have specials for each day of the week. Today (Monday) was pulled pork sandwich, fries, and a drink. I had a taste for a gyro. Delicious 😍

Best cheese fries anywhere! Just the right combination of cheese and the grease from the crinkle-cut fries. Chicago dogs are also very good. Ive had their burgers and the Reuben sandwich which are good but not excellent.

Amazing. We were in town from Texas and a friend who grew up here suggested it and Im so glad she did!! They were so friendly, and the food was sooo good! We loved it! They recommend other places to try in town too, they were by far the friendliest people we came across in the area and it was delicious! Very thankful we stopped in, thanks for being a bright spot in our trip, we really enjoyed it!!

The Rodeo Beef is AMAZING !! A pairing it with deep fried mushrooms was WOW !!! And the staff was fantastic !!! 5 stars for Wienerville III !!!

Weinerville did excellent tonight!! Much more onion, tomato and meat on my Gyro, last few times I was doubting that Id order another one! But oh so good tonight!! Tho I couldnt top it off with my Malt, they were out of malt so next time Weinerville Ill get my Malt ( order some ) lol Thanks for the Great food just a couple blocks from home!💜

We went through the drive through last night, and the food tasted great. The problem lies with the staff not wearing their masks properly, covering their mouths and noses. The COVID germs are droplets that come from the mouth and nose and travel through the air to spread the virus. We will not be returning.

I go to Weinerville ever Tuesday and take my clients.Cheese Burgers..Combo (Italian Sausage/ Italian Beef) and Greek Salad with home made Croutons. Huge portions of fries. All very tasty.

Food seemed rushed and order wrong and it was fixed already and as far as filling out other places its because I hadnt prior but that doesnt concern your restaurant

I have been going here for years and normally the food is amazing and the staff is even better i came here tonight and had asked for just a hotdog meal with a large fry when i got home my hot dog was completely wrong and had no fries the girl who took my order was rude and snobby and the one at the window was just as bad and to add to that there was alcohol throughout the whole restaurant i think you guys have lost my service for good

Some of the best local food in Elgin. Hot dogs and burgers better than Portillo’s and a wide selection to please anyone. Service is always friendly and fantastic with prices that won’t break the bank.

Went through the drive thru ordered fries no salt with a cup of cheese and two sandwiches. The chicken sandwich I asked for no mayonnaise and with honey mustard instead. So I get home and there was no cheese and the sandwich had mayonnaise and not honey mustard....and it was correct on the receipt. A little disappointed this time.

I go there a lot and this time I ordered their onion rings, when I order onion rings from places and am usually disappointed but this time the rings were cooked perfect. Ive gone to high end places and paid a lot they are always under cooked or over cooked. These were perfect!

Really great food. I also think they have really good honey mustard sauce, but they almost never put it in my bag, even though I ask for it. I’ve asked when I order, when I pay, when they hand me my food, and it’s alsays, “oh sure! It’s in the bag!” Nope. I’d say 90% of the time, they just lie about it. I don’t get it. But again, the food is really good!

Great place for a Chicago style hotdog. Also the beef is great, onion rings and char grill burger also good. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pita, and I dont have to feel guilty about it. Krinkle fries, and a cup of cheese if you like. Drive through often, but outdoor seating available on nice days. They have always been polite and kind to me.

I am so glad they brought back the young lady with dark hair and glasses her name is clarissa i beleive. she is so helpful and kind to my family and I everytime we are there I wish she was there everytime i am there. the other employee with the glasses and lighter hair is always so rude and incompetent

I go here quite often and everything is great! Really good burger for fast food and the other sandwiches are right up there. The bun makes the sandwich and they use real good ones!

We have been going here since the first day it opened. We have never had a bad meal from their hotdogs to the patty melt its all been great. Their burgers are big the fries and Onion rings and mushrooms are some of the best around. I only had trouble once and that must have been a bad day for them. We just got the wrong order so somebody else got a wrong order. The staff is mostly great, when I ask for the grave boat to be sunk that means completely soaked not a dry piece to be found. Its done most of the time right.As of late the hours between 11:30 to 2:00 pm is NOT the time to go there. Ive had the wrong order given to us, this last time was bad. We only order 3 item and a Pepsi for about $8, we got 6 items and a shake for $18. Went back to get the right order which we got except no Pepsi. I just gave up after that otherwise great food.

Under new management and owners. Food quality and portions are sub par. This use to be a great place with good food. Has gone down hill in the last 3 months. Have made complaints to the old owner with no change. Even gave them a month to get there act together. Today we got not so hot fries that were overcooked and one of the worst Gyro ever. So sad that they have turned to this.I will give them a month to turn this around.

Their hot dogs are too salty (Red Hot Chicago are the wrong brand. It should be either Vienna Beef or David Berg). Another time I ordered a skirt steak sandwich - the steak was chopped up (they dont bother telling you this and you find out that this how they get it. They dont bother telling you this ahead of time.) Save your money and go to Skippys in South Elgin for steak sandwich and where they have Vienna Beef for hot dogs.

A lot of places out here charge way to much money for their products however I was able to get a delicious Italian sausage and beef combo for under $7 on some really excellent bread.
