I understand closing at a certain time. I was waiting for someone all day and finally headed on the road back to Connecticut and needed antifreeze because my radiator was leaking. I had 2 little kids and got to the door literally 3 minutes after 4:00 when they closed. Alls I needed was antifreeze. Now this long trip has gotten longer because I have to go off track to a Walmart to get antifreeze just to make sure I don’t over heat because they couldn’t give me literally 1 minute ..

I dont want to make this a company-wide profile. Like most places depends on the Personnel in a specific location that makes or breaks the relationship. The stores always been staffed with people that are helpful friendly capable of giving you all the answers you need and suggestions to make your project easier.

This place is great. I live right down the street and its such a relief to have this place so close. I use to have to go all the way over to Portsmouth if I needed something like a new batter or anything like that now. I can just go here. Great place and friendly staff as well.

. Some of the staff make you feel like an inconvenience from the second you walk in. Have had multiple poor encounters with an older member who once said to me “I’m not a mechanic, what part do you need” when I rented a slide hammer that came with no attachments. Will only be going in for things I need urgently, would rather drive to Portsmouth for the help at Orielly’s

I went in to purchase a brake caliper assembly. They sales associate had a dyslexia moment and grabbed the assembly for the drivers side. I needed the passenger side assembly. I went to a different Napa to exchange it.

They got parts but without the computer system, they dont know much
