Wonderful customer service! The nicest people work here. I sent an email and got a quick answer. Now I have their delicious ice back in my store. I’m a very happy camper.

No matter what I do, when I make my own ice, it tastes terrible. I love lots of ice in my water. I was getting ice at the local gas station, but even that had a weird taste. One day recently, I grabbed a bag of Natural Rocks ice at Natures Way, in South Berwick, and now I won’t use anything else. It’s the cleanest, best tasting ice I’ve ever had!
