I fully recommend Hall Body Shop in Elizabeth City. They fixed my 2021 Elantra to new and kept me informed every step of the way. My car come in to get some body work done. I get my car back my windshield is cracked from one end to passed the middle. Where u can see it while driving. They say it wasn’t there fault and call my car insurance. It didn’t come that way when it come it. They won’t fix it admit fault. The first shop it was at said there was no windshield damage when they dropped it off. So stuff don’t up. I’m still fighting with them over it. Very unprofessional. Manger was not helpful at all. I will never have my car done there ever again.

My cars back windshield was broken, along with body damage. I kept the car dry with a good tarp, secured with tie downs. The tow truck driver put the tarp back on the car at Hall Ford he even secured it with the tie downs. Hall Ford when they moved the car did not put the good tarp on the car, they put a cheap tarp, just covering the back window. As a result it caused massive water damage to the car when we had 2 days of heavy rain!!!

Customer service? Meh. I was never called even once for an update. I figured the only way I would know what was going on is if I called myself and every time I called I was being told something different. I also told the receptionist the day I bought the car in about getting my mirror fixed along with the other repair she replied okay, Ill write that down and three weeks later my mirror still looked the same. I didnt even say anything about it because by this point I was done dealing with them. It took them 3 WEEKS just to get my headlight and fender repaired because things werent being done in a timely manner. Now the reconstruction itself? Absolutely beautiful work. What made it all worth it is how well the mechanics did. They made my baby look brand spanking new, it was detailed, and color matched perfectly.

My experience was excellent! The service was very professional, efficient, and friendly. All of my needs were met, including the car rental. And I was kept informed and updated. Great teamwork! I highly recommend.

Hall Body Shop was easy to work with and very professional from my first interaction to my last with them. Liberty at the front desk was accommodating, got me a discounted rental rate, and always answered my questions promptly. Darryl was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed as to the status of my repair. Even though the repair took a little longer than I had anticipated, the quality of the work done more than makes up for it; my car looks better than it did before the accident.

The office staff at this location are GREAT!!! They keep you informed on the progress of your repairs, they are friendly and understanding, and the repairs to my SUV are flawless, perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making A bad experience much easier to get through....
