Very friendly and courteous staff! Great group of guys in the bays working hard on the cars! And if its not correct after you leave, they want you to bring it back and give you no issues about getting it correct! Thats sayn alot right there!!

The customer service I received at CBs Tire Auto and Service was excellent! Even though their appointment and they are very busy they have always done well to fit me in. I recently had an incident with one of my replaced tires and there were no questions at all and it was handled professionally and immediately with my expectations exceeded!

Our van broke down on our trip to Elizabeth City and this was the only place that would help us. They took us right in and found the problem and fixed it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for anyone. Our thanks to the desk lady and the mechanic who fixed our problem.

CBs is awesome! Calvin is just amazing to work with as is the rest of his staff. So very courteous and professional! I went to him the first time about 5 years ago just looking for some used tires. Since then I have bought two sets of the Falken tires from him for two different vehicles. Let me tell you, these tires are GREAT! I have had the set on my VW Passat for two years and they still have about 85% tread left on them! Theyre are at least as good if not better than the Continental tires that it came with. All in all extremely happy with the tires and more importantly with the service! Go see Calvin! Youll be happy that you did!
