Tanya was wonderful. She found the tires for me they came earlier than expected and she fit me on a Saturday. I thought I was going to need to reaching an alignment but it was included. The team was a life saver for me. I had been in an accident and I need to get my second vehicle back in safe condition quickly. I am grateful for the kindness and service.

Returning to PA from a family vacation & had a flat on our rental. Couldnt find anyone to fix it & Colony Tire & Service was extremely busy. We were jokingly told it would take a week to get fixed. When we told them of our predicament they fixed it right then & there & told us no charge. My husband asked if he could use their parking lot to change it & they told us to pull it around & put the tire on for us. Again no charge & they wished us a safe return home. Wonderful service all the time

I just had my alternator go out and these people worked me into their schedule to do a quick replace with a reconditioned alternator. Unfortunately the reconditioned alternator was bad and I had to take my car back. Here is the amazing part... as an apology for the bad alternator they again worked me into the schedule and replaced the bad alternator with brand new one!!! The reconditioned alternator wasnt their fault and they went above and beyond to make it right!!! Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE EVER. 11-17-2020

Took truck for alignment, they said I needed an estimate of $1100.00 worth of front end work done to the truck for upper and lower ball joints before they could do the alignment. I took the truck to two different shops and both confirmed nothing was wrong with the front end and the second shop aligned the front end for $70.00 and guaranteed nothing was wrong with the truck.

Oil change and tire rotation was conducted at scheduled time.

When I called to schedule a front end alignment, gentleman said no appt available for couple of days, but because of my schedule needs, told me to drop off next day and hed work it in. I did and Tanya called that afternoon that it was ready. I asked about state inspection, they were booked solid, but if I left overnight, shed get it done. Called next day. Ready to go. Everyone I spoke with was super nice!

Service writer, David is great. Service was completed in a timely manner. Just had trouble with grease left on driverside seat. Fortunately I had seats treated and it came out when I got home. Also tire oressures werent correct after rotation. Low pressure light came on shortly after I left. I also corrected that. I know I should have bought it back, but I didnt have the time.I suggest to save getting another customers vehicle interior messed up you might provide some kind of covers for mechanics to use,.

It was last minute heard an awful noise. Car was pulling making it hard to drive in the rain. I just knew my tire had gone flat. I had just canceledmy appointment for Saturday due to work, but calledDavid back explained what was happening he told me to come in & after looking at tires he agreed I needed a tire & they made it happen. So grateful. Mr Norman & I go back to when he worked with his Dad & I followed him to Colony. Best tire store for me.

Colony Tires has always done great work and been available when I needed them. They even helped me troubleshoot a problem that was under warranty with the dealer.

Long story: I retired in 2016 and decided to buy new tires for my CRV. Since this would be something I didnt want to do in another 3 years, I decided to invest in Michelins, good for 60,000 miles. Fast forward to a month ago. At an oil change, the tech told me I needed new tires to pass inspection next time. In disbelief, I challenged him and he showed how worn my tires were with just 33,887 miles on them. I contacted Michelin and they told me I needed to go back to where I bought them from and they would check them out and see what adjustment could be made toward some new tires. I had purchased them from Norman Young Tires right at the time he went out of business. The person I talked to at the new place didnt want to deal with it and directed me to Colony Tire. I went in there and talked with Tanya and she said No problem and immediately called Michelin to find out what to do since this was a very familiar problem. They took measurements of what tred was left and gave me an estimate for replacements. It seemed like a good deal so I got a new set of Michelins from them and am riding on new tires at a great dicount. And they gave me a coupon for an additional $70 rebate.I hated having to deal with this but Tanya and Colony Tire will definitely be my choice in the future...hopefully the distant future. Thank Tanya and Colony.

Im so glad Colony Tire is a place in EC that l can take my truck to and know its going to be taken care of as if it was their own truck.

I have bought four sets of tires from Colony Tire in Elizabeth City. Their prices are reasonable, they have an awesome front end alignment system, and they will rotare your tires for free every 5000 miles. Every time I have been there they start working right at the appointment time.This last visit, I had bought some new stabilizer bar links and asked if they could install them for me. The did. It took about 35 minutes total for the visit and I was extremely happy with the labor charge.I have bought Michelins from Colony once, but have started buying Toyo Tires from them. Toyo tires are excellent. They ride and wear as good as or better than the Michelins. Twice a year Colony has a sale on the Toyo tires to buy one get one half off or buy three and get one free! This is a great deal.Tanya, David and Norman are all great to deal with and I think the mechanics in the back are quite capable.I bought tires exclusively from Norman Young for close to 30 years until he retired and sold his business. His son, Norman went to work at Colony Tire so I decided to give them a try because of my loyalty to Norman. I have been very satisfied with that decision.I wont buy tires any where else!They also offer other services for your vehicles.
