Got my oil changed and noticed an oil leak a week later. Brought my car back in and explained the problem. Without complaint or grumbling these guys took my car back speedily. They located a gasket that was faulty, replaced the part and changed my oil again without charging me a dime. I’ve got to say, I SO appreciate service like this. They care about a job well done, take pride in their work, and go above and beyond for those that trust them with their vehicles.

Tire Choice is the BEST!! Everyone there is SO NICE!!! From the owner Dave, to the manager Cheyenne, to the guys working in back! I took my car there and waited for it to be done. They worked tirelessly through the cars issues while treating me like family. If you want a place not trying to get over on you that you can TRUST, take your car here! They’ll take care of you.

Took 4 hours to do an oil change even with an appointment. They didnt use recommended oil. Over-filled oil by atleast 1 quart. They didnt put the protective oil pan cover back on afterwards.Only reason for 2 stars is the front desk manager was friendly and helpful. Wont go here again.

I am a single mom and don’t know a lot about cars. I live pretty far from family, who would ordinarily help me navigate car stuff, from tires to brakes to whatever else. I took a chance, based on their many good reviews, and came here, knowing I probably needed a number of things done. David, the store manager, went above and beyond to explain each thing that was needed and why. He patiently answered all my questions and was very professional. He also saw that I was waiting with my fidgety 4 year old and joked with him, and set up a movie for him in the waiting room. Trust is key when needing things done to your car and I trust David and his guys. Example: He told me I needed front breaks but to give it another year on my back ones - he could’ve told me I needed all new and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciate that. I only needed 3 new tires but he said I might as well get all 4 at the same time and he’d work a deal and find me coupons for the other things I needed done. I will be returning here for them to care for my car, and I will be referring people here for sure.

The WORST service ever! It deserves Zero stars.I Remember when it used to be Normal Young and it was good. Now its hot trash. The dude at the front counter was very inconsiderate and nonchalant. Definitely taking my car to real professionals from here on out. This place is garbage!!!

Went in for an inspection and was told it would be 30min to 1 hour to get me in, so I decided to wait. Only 2 other people in the lobby. An hour an a half later, Im still not in, so I go ask and Im told Im next in line. After 2 hours of waiting, I go ask again and find out the inspection before me had problems, and theyre were going to fix them before starting on mine. So, now it was going to be at least another hour or more because they only have 1 person that can do inspections. Walked out.

I returned to the Elizabeth City Tread Quarters for service because they were honest and helpful on a previous occasion. Making appointment was easy, price was very fair. Service at the desk & work performed was fantastic. While having a tire installed noted that they perform other services, I will be back. It can be hard to find a shop that does not talk down to me because Im female. Not here, discussed what I needed and everything taken care of in a timely manner. Cannot express enough how great this visit was. If you need service, call Melissa.

Amazing customer service. Melissa was incredibly helpful and understanding with my last minute repair. They fixed only the issues at hand and did not try to push other services which is rare. Will definitely be giving them my business again and hopefully be able to refer someone else there.

Unsat..Takes 2 days to fix a tire

I went to get an oil change here last week and asked if they could look at my motor mount. I was told a few months prior I would need a new one soon and I wanted to see if it was time to get it fixed. The women in the front was very rude to me and tried to scare me into getting new rotors and something welded. I took my car to Steve’s across the street and he reconfirmed what a previous mechanic told me all I needed was a new motor mount. I would not trust this place. They like to take advantage of people and try to scare them into buying new parts just to make some extra cash. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Went for an alignment on a Saturday. Kept car the whole day, got it back was still not right. Took it back the next Saturday to get it done, was told they could not do it that day, I would have to wait until the following mon-tues. They took my money gave me very poor customer service, and the service they were supposed to provide was less than par. Corporate office also very disappointing. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO LEARYS ALIGNMENT SHOP!!!!! HES CHEAPER AND HES A VET!!!!!

I gave a person a ride here to get an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt do the latter job for some inexplicable reason. I inquired about pricing for an oil change for my own vehicle and I couldnt get a straight answer.

Had an appointment but had to have it changed so I called up there and they said it’s fine for me to come the next day. When I come up here, I’m waiting in the lobby for someone to assist me for 10 minutes, when they finally get up there they say that my appointment was yesterday. I told them I called yesterday and asked for a change and they confirmed it. They then said that it wouldn’t be done until Monday. Horrible service and they haven’t even touched my car yet. Also to the managers, fix your ant problem. There are ants and spiders everywhere. Really unprofessional.

Brianna & Melissa was very helpful towards me, I had took my girlfriend 2017 Hyundai Sonata there to get a oil change. They recommended it and said what will be best. Wait wasn’t long at all! They were both very friendly, kind, and sweethearts. I will be returning and it’s affordable.

I came in late afternoon with a flat thinking it was Doomed at 5 pm I was going to be stuck. They got my tire fixed and got me back on the road. Quick service and great prices.

Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quick visit. More than once have they had me in their best interest with their honest opinion. My first visit, I needed new tires. They couldve easily sold me a set that was expensive, but unnecessary for my car. They recommended a less expensive style that is still rolling strong with great tread. My next visit, they pointed out that my car inspection was overdue by a few months. Again, they helped me on the spot and told me what my next steps outside of their services would be. All times in between were quick and painless. Wonderful people! My top choice!

I didnt even know my tire was flat when i got there due to a bolt and he pointed it out to me and was able to get me a new one right then and there. This was my first visit with tread quarters since they opened in Elizabeth City, my experience was very pleasant, the staff was friendly, and they had my best interest in mind. My visit I was only for a tire rotation and spin balance, they even pointed out a minor issue that would soon need attention. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable for the work they performed.

Great price on Goodyear tires from the team here, they got me in and out with an alignment for cheaper then anyone in town. I will be back for my free tire rotations.Update; went back today for my free rotation and tire balancing and they found a nail in my tire which they fixed for free. Def continue using this shop for all my cars.

Went in and spoke to Melissa. I needed an alignment asap! She got me in right away and had the tech Billy get my truck straight as an arrow. Knew exactly what to do with altered suspension. These guys are great and had me out fast!

I went to Tread Quarters last night in dire of need of new tires. I work in Norfolk and am therefore limited to few shops that are open when I am actually in town. Thankfully, Tread Quarters was open until 6. The patrons were very kind with good recommendations. They even recommended tires that were more affordable than the option I came in considering. After hearing about my scheduling challenges, the owner offered to put new tires on my car right then and even stayed open past their advertised hours so I could get my car back that day.It is always nice when your personal experience matches and exceeds the reviews already on the internet. I am very happy with the service I received and will be a return client whenever my car is in need of other services they can provide!

Called ahead for an oil change, was told “tomorrow at 9:30”. Brought car in that evening at 4:00pm... called the next day at 2:40 and was told “give us about an hour”- showed up at 3:50- was told “give me about 15 mins”- uh- no. Horrible service! Will never return.

Awesome place... brought my car in to have a tire checked because I had the dummy yellow light on... They gave it a great check over said it just needed air and they checked the pressure on the the 3 tires and sent me put the door with no charge.He said no repair no charge.. Great Values!!

I took my car in to be inspected and these people tried to rip me off claiming that the emissions were bypassed and that my master cylinder was bad. Took my car to another place and told them what had been said and they specifically checked both and my car passed inspection with no issues. RIP OFF CENTER do not trust these people EVER!!!!

Good Price on Tires but typical to try to take advantage of a woman by telling me I needed new brakes and rotors when my son had just replaced them the more the month prior and the place was filthy and the movie was playing was not appropriate for a customer service/waiting area. Im just glad that I didnt have my 10yr old daughter with me for so many y reasons.

All I can say is this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I went to get a scheduled oil change and after about 90 minutes everything is done. I have waited much longer at other facilities so I thought nothing of it, but they were so apologetic that I waited too long that they told me my oil change was on the house. All I can say is wow. I will definately be coming back for all my car needs!!

Came in for tires. They gave me several options without pushing the most expensive option. Checked my alignment for free. Great customer service. I came in for another visit to get my free rotation that came with the tires. Melissa and Tim were great. Got me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

Professional. courteous, and am satisfied with their work. Didnt give them 5 stars because of price. Had a tire with slow leak and they repaired which took about 30 min and the cost was almost $30. Another $50 and could have bought a new tire. Pays to shop price before committing to anyone. Next time Ill ask the cost before I let them perform any tire work on my vehicle.

Very helpful folks at the front desk here. The shop workers are a little off-putting but I think that comes with the territory. The provided same day service and a quick visit at that. Didnt upsell me on anything and even told me I didnt need an alignment though I expected to pay for one. Would recommend

After a bad experience at the Suffolk, Va location, I boycotted Tread Quarters! Reading the reviews here of this location I decided to give them a chance with an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and give this location 5 stars! Keep up the great customer service!!

I went to get my car worked on further after replacing some parts. Not even 10 minutes after I drove away from the shop I started having issues. My steering wheel locked up on me. I was not having that issue until they got finished with my car. Car drove fine as all get out until my vehicle was finished. I gave them clamps for my boots, and they decided to use zip ties instead. They screwed up my vehicle up and I am pissed. Their help isnt worth a hell.
