Our salesman was Keith. The entire staff was great. Keiths expertise on everything bedding was impressive. My vehicle would not start after leaving the store (without purchasing anything) The entire staff came to my aid. Keith used his vehicle to give me a jump. Raymond Brothers ( manager/sales )was awesome, store had multiple customers, he handled everyone including putting us through a personalized mattress and pillow trial. We ended up getting two beds, multiple pillows, the base, and some protectors plus delivery this Saturday. Never had any manager / sales person spend that much time with us ( wife and son included )or be so personable before, at any kind of store. Do not go if you are in a rush, he wants to take the time to be sure you are getting the best fit. I won’t even mention how the prices were compared to some other places we looked cause I don’t want him to get into any trouble!!

First time in this store was greeted by Keith very nice gentleman and really knows this buness. Very helpful. We picked out what we wanted and will be back in a couple of weeks to buy the mattress. We went back there today and purchased the mattress from Rick. A very nice friendly gentleman. He explained a lot to us about different thing like warranty and other important things. We also purchased a mattress pad cover. Hope this mattress is everything its suppose to be.

The gentleman that helped us out today, he was amazing! He knew we were right on funds, we just lost our home to a fire, and he helped us find exactly what we needed to have. He didn’t try pushing more than we could afford. We looked at another mattress that we’ve being interested in for a while, we let him know when we were financially able, we would definitely be back for it and wanted to work with him. I can’t express how grateful we were he was working and took the extra time to listen to us!

Never going to shop here again i bought 2 beds and 2 remote adjustable bed frames over $4000.00 at one time paid in full that dayone of the remotes for one of bed has gotten lost due to my mother poor memory and i went back to store to if they had one in stock they said they didn`t have any couldn`t order one or any repair parts i wanted to pay for it not asking for free replacemet it was lost not broken i expected to pay for it so if you buy from them and the mechanical part of adjustable bed you are on your one

Im here to tell you that Ms. Lisa is the greatest sales person I have ever delt with. Her tenacity is the only reason we were able to purchase a bed. We were a very difficult sell but she worked very hard and never let up. We got a top of the line matress at a great price. Ive never had a better matress buying experience. If you need a matress please go see Ms. Lisa she wont sugar coat or tell you what you want hear. She tells it like it is and no one will do more to get you on the perfect bed. We got the last Nadia in stock sorry everybody else.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from this location. The product was amazing. It worked wonders on my aging back. The customer service was great. The salesman (Raymond Brothers) was very knowledgeable and professional.

Went there a few months ago. The sales rep was nice initially. I dont remember his name, as it was 4/5 months ago. We were upfront and told the gentleman that we couldnt spend thousands on a bed, and wanted to look at their more affordable selection. He was still kind, and informed us we could do financing, which we really didnt want to do. We told him we would rather look at the affordable options and not finance anything. He took us to the mattress area where you lay on each one and find your comfort, whether it be soft, firm, etc. We picked our choice and he proceeded to take us toward mattresses of that kind. He reminded us again that financing was available, and we told him we were not willing to finance and only wanted to see the affordable options as to not waste either of our time. He had us testing mattresses for almost 10 minutes or so, when we noticed he had us testing 2-3 thousand dollar mattresses. We asked to see the more affordable ones, and told him for the 4th time that we were unable to afford something of that price and werent interested in financing. Its like his whole demeanor fell, and he was no longer interested in us as customers. He took us to their affordable area which is in the back right corner if I remember correctly. Before, he was talkative and helpful, and now, he didnt even care to help us. He allowed us to try some of the mattresses, but he seemed so disinterested in helping us. My boyfriend literally had to move a mattress on top of the box spring so we could try it because he wasnt paying attention, when he saw that we were trying to move the mattress, he came over like he was going to help, but my boyfriend was so irritated at the time, he moved it himself. It was almost like he realized he wasnt going to make much commission off of us and he wasnt interested. We left and found a mattress elsewhere. I understand that mattresses arent cheap, and its not like we wanted a $2000 mattress for next to nothing. We were honest and upfront and asked to see their cheaper selection, and he still tried to convince us that we should by a more expensive one. I understand sales is your job, but it was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. We felt we werent as valuable as the customers that could afford that expensive if a bed.

My experience with this facility was excellent. Due to some health issues I have been shopping for an adjustable bed for a while. A friend recommended this Mattress Firm and its staff. Raymond, and Lisa are very helpful. Raymond is the associate that worked with us. Raymond is gifted with just the right amount of sales person, and good listener, and he made an effort to help us find the correct adjustable bed for us. The team of Lisa and Raymond create a welcoming place to shop.

The Mattress Firm store in Elizabeth City, NC is SO blessed to have Raymond! He is the one that waitied and served my daughter and her husband.
