I had 2 returns today. The first went through without a problem, the second however was just being a pain in the butt. Richard went out of his way to help me resolve my phone, email issues. I have probably been here a dozen times and have received friendly service the majority of the time...there have been times when their employees have had little respect for customers when they merely asked questions. I will continue to use this location as there is no other, and I will continue to pay attention to the staff.

Jessica and Rissa went out of their way to accommodate us. We ran into a slight issue with a delivery and these two personally followed up and actually went to the delivery address to make certain everything was taken care of. I 100% recommend their store for all your shipping needs.
I just had a large (10,000 pages) print order finished and could not be happier. The staff was OUTSTANDING- Polite, Professional, Knowledgeable. The order itself was done before it was promised and it surpassed all of my expectations. The new management team has made a HUGE difference in all aspects of the store. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone that needs shipping, printing, binding, etc. I would give this store 10 stars if I could. This store sets the standard for all UPS stores...
Received my package later then the tracking said and damaged. My fathers package was completely beaten open we had to take sure everything was still in the package so frustrating. I waited so excited and cried when I received it broken luckily the company is replacing my purchase but they wouldnβt have had to if the took care of the items in their care.
Clay was super welcoming and sweet! He took his time in making sure that 3 of my packages were handle with care. I did not feel rushed and would come back any time!

Friendly and happy service (it used to not be this way so this has improved drastically in the last year). There is plenty of parking since this is in a strip mall type of location. They will package items up for you. I usually just walk in with my package already ready to be shipped then I just get the receipt and leave. They have mailboxes in here as well also boxes, tape, labels, etc. to buy for your packaging needs.
Ive been here four or five times thus far. Once during the Christmas season. Every visit was pleasant and a low wait time, if at all. Ive called once and the gal who answered was pleasant, knowledgeable and wished me a nice day.

I received a friendly greeting when I walk through the door. Service was swift and pleasant. Location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.
It is VERY frustrating to drive 24.8 miles and discover that the advertisement online as well as the sign behind the cash registers on the wall is a lie. I drove here to get a passport photo, only to be told we dont do that. Hmph! It is a shame that this business employs false advertising in order to draw in more customers. I respect honesty, but this place of business does not. If any customers want to make use of their many services, I suggest that you call ahead and make sure first. Dont trust what you read online (or their signage inside the store). Thankfully, a customer in line suggested that I go to Walgreens. I did and it cost me $16.04 (and got my flu shot while I was there).

Because of this place, I bought a printer. If you have a small printing order. Your money is not enough. And you will be hung up on. Ridiculous.

Giving a service online that customers can use such as printing things for 10 cents and not living up to it despite it causing you to take a loss is not a good business practice. Either discontinue the service online so no one can use that or take the loss because you are too darn lazy to take the service down and make it unavailable. Dont cancel orders and give lame excuses trying to justify your poor business practices. Shame on you guys.
I placed an order with this company online The UPS Store - 1516 and they canceled, online it costs $0.09 to print the shipping labels for my business. My friend went get them, and she told me he canceled the order. the owner tony meads told me he canceled my 3 orders because it costs his business $2 to print each time i printed. when i asked his name he hung up on me in the middle of a question. i ordered my items online. and this happened. it should be removed if no one can use it. My business is extremely small, but when i make an error, i work with my customers and take it as a loss for that item,, or at least tell the customer the problem before cancelling. so i guess they do not take online orders? what a disgusting business man, i will not be doing business with them any longer. i can understand needing every penny being a small business myself, but this was crazy. my orders will all be late. oh and i didnt get my money back.
Be ready for an admin fee, I was charged one for a mail box. Never been charged one before. I have had a ups mail box since around 1997 in both NC and VA with no admin fee.
Wait was not too long. Item they packed for me was an expensive item so I worried, but it shipped & got to destination in perfect condition.
Horrible, horrible new owners.
