The gentleman in the back office was friendly, courteous and completely through when explaining exactly what needed to be serviced within our vehicle. He was also very transparent and honest which means a lot to me, especially since Ive been robbed in the past by other mechanics that told me theyd fixed issues with my vehicle, only to find out that they hadnt been fixed at all!
