You would think that a franchise would get the coffee about the same flavor or way of making it. That is not the case in this locatiom. It didnt happen once or twice...5 different occasions I attempted to order the same coffee I have other at other DD and this is the only location that cannot get ot right.I dont get it....

My batista is the best I get the same thing every day. I dont even have to tell him. He knows already

Staff was wonderful. We purchased gift cards and had some coffee and donuts. Absolutely wonderful.

Horrible costumer service, they have no knowledge in costumer service. I placed my order on the drive thru, when I arrived to the window the girl didn’t have my full order and her answer was will this is a drive thru you have to go back around . Extremely unprofessional, will never visit again

Attendants lack basic social and communication skills. ALWAYS give me the wrong food, NEVER listen to specifications. And when I politely ask for my specifications they throw the food at me like I’m an animal. This time I won’t be coming back.

Dough nuts and coffee were all good, but they need to fix the the website when you look them up at night it says that theyre closed, when actually they are opened all night for drive through only

Very friendly staff & great coffee, by far my favorite Dunkin.

One of my favorite DD. Even if drive thru is crowded the staff moves very quickly and they know how to make what you ask for.

Drive thru was rushing and didnt credit my points and didnt put the lid on tight. It spilt out and burned my hand. When I told him he handed me napkins and asked me to move. I called 800 and complained Manger didnt call me back. Lawyer.......will handle it

I go here just about every morning at 6am before work. Today, not only did they charge me for 2 donuts when I only ordered one, but they didn’t want to give me my large coffee after I told them I wanted the coffee and it was the first thing I told them. I then asked if they could use the overcharge from the extra donut to pay for the large coffee since they decided not to put it on the bill and they said they could only do a small. So I had to pay for a large coffee and was charged an extra donut because people cannot do their jobs correctly.

Cheap food, mmm, super yummy. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers.

Worst dunkin donuts in the area. Literally all the time I order here, they always forget an item EVERY SINGLE TIME. Its like they want to keep the food for themselves. And on top of that they got the rudest unprofessional people working there
