They keep count of the number of people coming in - not too many people in the store at once. This location is clean and well organized but not that big. They have limited perfume options, but still have quite a bit to choose from. Make up also- best is to ask for what you want. Masks are worn in the store.

I went in a few days ago with the intentions just to look because let’s face it, who ever goes into Sephora and comes out empty handed anyway. I was browsing through the fenty makeup section. Anyway I saw something liked but they didn’t have it so I asked one of the associates and I forgot her name I’m so sorry!!!!!!!!!! But she checked in the drawer and found the last one for me and it made me really happy!!!!!!

The associate was helpful but the prices are just over the top. It seems that there was a language barrier or the associate was just trying to push the products to be purchased without really caring what the customer was really looking for.

Totally understand that masks are still being worn until when? Next week? And I was given a hard time because I wore a see through mask when half of the people walking around them mall aren’t even wearing ANYTHING. My nose and mouth were covered. Then when I was in the store I was harassed and given dirty looks. I spent $70 and had the worst experience. Only store in the entire mall that gave me a hard time. I work in retail and we specifically told not to bother people who don’t chose to wear masks anymore, because of the vaccine. Literally walked into the store right next door and no one said anything to me.

The workers dont approach you, you have to ask them for help than they leave. Like they dont care whether you buy something or not. Two thumbs down.

I come to the Jersey Gardens location often and don’t have any problems ever. However, one day I went and an employee by the name of Alison had a HORRIBLE attitude. I understand maybe someone can be having a hard day but wow, never a reason to talk to customers the way she did. I’ll stick to another Sephora.

Shelves were bare. Didnt have what I went for. Staff was nonexistent.

Some brand reps and one of the managers are really rude. They need to have a better training. The fact that I go there without makeup doesnt mean I dont know my products and how to use them. The rest of the employees are really nice. Also the store needs more space or a better organization.

This store is well maintained. There was plenty of staff walking around the floor asking to assist customers. I was approached several times by different employees to see if I needed help.

They don’t even deserve a star. My sister had a 2 pm appointment and we went there about 1:50pm they said that her appointment is at 3:30pm. My sister said I scheduled it for 2pm. They said it’s not there fault there is nothing they can do. Why would my sister schedule her appointment for 3:30 when she is getting married at 3:30pm. Anyways there was a lady there wearing kind of a suit who seem like she wanted help, but some fake blonde chick with thinning hair and chicken legs showed up and was like, it’s at 3:30 we have these things in place for a reason, so the artists can have time blah blah blah. The so called Artist wasn’t even busy. The other nice suit lady said but she is getting married but the the thin hair girl who must have a very miserable life and can’t stand the idea of other people getting married and being happy said I am sorry there is nothing we can do. SHAME!!!! How is it our fault if they messed up the appointment time.

She was always available to help and had detailed information on the products. I throughly enjoyed my time shopping here and ended up buying so much! Haha! I went to this Sephora to get samples of a foundation and tinted moisturizer. Right at the end of the isle were about 3 associates chatting it away with each other, not even asking if my mother and I needed help. So I helped myself and found the correct shade. An associate came up to my mother and I and asked if we needed help and although my mom said that she said Yes, the associate walked up to me and asked the same question and since I didnt need her, she hugged and chatted with other people right by us.... There was no help for a while.Jackie stepped in and was very helpful. She swatched my mother, gave us samples and info of the foundation we tried and assisted my further with a tinted moisterizer. The good rating is for Jackie and the cleanliness of the store.

It was a quiet funny experience yesterday 🤣 I visited this location for the first time, I had my two children with me, didnt have fancy clothes on nor makeup.As soon as we got inside, the staff panicked! LOL they called the security guard and everyone started following us around.This is funny to me but I am aware its bad for the business, so I ended up going to the beauty store in the first floor where I picked up some great eyeshadows, liners.. I will visit sephora during my next trip to Europe.

I like it but they dont have everything that I wanted to I would prefer to go to ulta and sephora bc ulta has some stuff and sephora has others but over all the service was really good they ask if you needed a basket or if you needed help.

Very uncomfortable shopping here. The security and an employee was following me around the whole time from the moment I stepped in to the moment I went on the line to pay for my stuff. Can you guys be a little more discrete... I understand you have to keep an eye on people stealing but you have to make your customers not feel like a criminal. I love Sephora in general but this branch isn’t worth coming back to. FYI: im Asian and I wasn’t wearing wearing makeup that day. I’ll just stick to the Sephora in Menlo mall or online.

The store is not bad some of employees are helpful others not so much but I dread parking.

The store is nice and the staff is okay. Usually when I would go to Mac, theyd have an idea of my foundation shade, regardless of their color. These people couldnt help me. She was just trying on all shades and no we did not find my shade. Second, get your samples. Ive spent over 200 at this store. Ive never shopped Sephora until I went to this store. I signed up to beauty insider, not once did I get informed about free samples. The manager is like oh ok. Next time. No attempt to actually rectify the situation. And yes they do follow us Black people. As long as they keep their distance which they do Im okay. But their staffs makeup is so heavy, I would not imagine them doing my makeul and they are not very informed about makeup there.

First, I want to say that I am frequent shopper at Sephora in NYC and NJ. I am also a VIP MEMBER. Second, I am a African American woman so you know how this review is going to go.. As I walked in this Sephora, of course being a woman of color, I am followed by both security and a male worker named Jose . It got so bad that I started to feel very uncomfortable because every table I went to, I was being watched and followed. So I asked Jose to stop following me and watching every move I made, he continued. So the woman that assisted me (didn’t get her name) but I know she only approached me because she was told to.. I happen to see her again expressed how uncomfortable this made me feel and she said she will let management know. Shawnea at the register was very helpful and made the end of my shopping experience a lot better. It is sad that you cannot even enjoy a day of retail therapy w/o feeling uncomfortable. I will never shop at this Sephora again and I will let other know as well. I will like to speak to anyone in management to address this issue because I would not want this to happen to anyone else!!!
