The people were very nice but they hovered over you while you tried on shoes. Felt a lot like they thought we were gonna try to steal the shoes. If I tried to look at any shoe they insisted they grab it instead of me. My husband and i planned to buy two shoes each, but decided to just leave because we felt uncomfortable. Not sure if we will shop there again.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. There was a sale of buy one get another pair of shoes 70% off during the black Friday sales. I couldnt resist and had to come back the second time just to be curious - sadly didnt have enough money. So Ive asked the manager (Jeremiah) if he could hold them for me until tomorrow. At first he said they usually dont but reassured him Ill be back after work, and was kind enough to do me a favorCame back the next day, and saw my items were still reserved behind the register. During the transaction he mentioned the sale was reduced to 50% off, which kind of sucked but still was an awesome deal. I used to work in retail for years, so I understand how corporate can be when changing a sale from one day to the next. We all have to realize that people who are in the retail industry work hard to cater for usWould def 100% recommend this store

Worst customer experience. I had bought a pair of women’s bags just before Christmas and asked the billing guy specifically if these can be returned and he said yes. Now when i went to return, the guy who billed me wasn’t there and the manager is claiming the products were clearance and cannot be returned. The manager was very rude and is even not interested to hear my side of argument. It was clearly the store associate’s mistake for not telling me about the final clearance sale and yet the manager did not accept it. The worst customer service i have ever experienced..

Worst store!!!!! I been waiting 3 weeks for my shoes after they convinced me to order it and get it shipped to my house because they didnt have my size in the store. I called several times every time I get hung up on or told they will call me back and never do. Sad part is my shoes are already paid for every time I call different excuses I feel like I got robbed. I cant wait to go there to get my money back. STEVE MADDEN will never get my money again 🙄.
