Great work and quality for a great price! Fast! I scheduled an appointment at best buy, wait was 5 weeks! Insane! Then I called Route 1 Auto Sound told me to come in right after I called. Hooked me up with my remote start and speakers! Great people!

Its sad! I went to have my car checked because the start remote stoped working after taking my car to the mechanic and their answer was that my system was old and I needed to get a new one. Then I took my car to NVS Audio, in Linden, they reprogramed my system, didnt have to buy a new one and the best thing, they didnt even charged me. Shame on you !!! trying to take advantage of a woman that doesnt know anything about cars!!!

Ive had three cars done here remote radio and hid lights plus tinting and everything was a great job. Service was excellent and fast. Im about to do my tinting and my hid lights on my 2021 Equinox.

Charged me $40 to take tint off one window, don’t go here owner was very rude as well, has no respect for customers, it doesn’t take $40 of chemicals to take tint off one window

All over they have great installer but terrible customer service very rude. When come down to installs they put very cheap material. I had a system installed in my car they had to replace my rear sneaker three times and the fourth time they didnt want to replace them. The Amp was cheapest you can find on eBay for $15.00. I had a terrible ground loop in the car. I had to take it to NVS audio they had to fix whole entire system. NVS had to do a wire recuse on my car. They didnt use proper wiring the reason why my speaker were blowing up because the installer did not adjust the amp the right way. I had to spend more money and does not have the proper tools to get the job done.

My husband needed a fuse for his system went here after going to 3 different places and the older man not only had the piece but gave it to my husband for free even though my husband insisted to pay

Went looking for a radio w backup camera and the guy was acting as if I was bothering him. So took my business else where. Like all I’m saying help me help you! I don’t know much about what I’m exactly looking for and if he would had assisted me right would’ve been a different story. If you dont like what you’re doing with your life change it but don’t treat people like that!Wait what!! You gave me prices and that was it. We didn’t discuss anything else nor try bringing any price down cuz you was acting very annoyed by just giving those prices! 1st of all, money was not an issue!!! I just spend about 1k on everything. But as a customer with questions you need it to explain and try to fill me in on what I needed. You was rushing me out and was acting annoyed that I came in. And if you that busy you could said “hey just one moment and I’ll be right with you”. No excuses for behavior!!!

I was pleased with the way my tints came out, you can tell the person that does the tints takes pride in his work by making sure it comes out great. Can’t recommend enough for anybody that is looking for tints around the local area. Also make sure to tip the person working on your vehicle.

Got tints, backup camera and remote start.. tint is flawless best I ever got.. backup camera is perfectly measured and lines move when I move my steering wheel and mounted it on my spare tire . and my remote start is on my phone turns on in seconds ... best in the business.. others commented they were over priced but when you address them about it they break it down for you and show you what your paying for and it makes complete sense. professional work professional installers .. i have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler I’ll be coming back for new rims .

Prices are what they are... no great discounts combining say HIDS with & an alarm system or sound system per say. However the service was quickly expedited

Others complain about the pricing but when they break it down for you its more than reasonable. professionals at what they do and been in the same location for 20 years. best in elizabeth showed me a bunch of things i can add to my car for reasonable prices. theres always going to be a cheaper price but not the same quality of work, or the same warranty. All I have to say dont come here for hid lights I dont know about all his other stuff he has might be good for everything else. But for hid lights extremely expensive. He told me 200 dollars for hid lights for a 07 Honda accord. For that model year car it shouldnt be no more then 120. If the car is newer and requires the digital hid lights then usually it will be around 160 or 180. But 200 for a 07 accord is way overpriced. I left drove to Newark and got it for 99 dollars installed.

Shop is busy, I saw it as this shop does good work. Had my own equipment installed, but I later realized that they could have offered me better pricing if I would have purchased a package through them. Good work, I did buy a viper alarm from them. Theres nothing like it. I highly recommend them.

Window Tint. You can see lots of bubbles during the day. Will bring it back for fixing. Stay tuned for the outcome. Supposedly its guaranteed and its only been one day. Nice person guest he could not tell since it was done after dark inside the garage. ???

Some of the others stated that the customer service sucks... Ive tinted 4 cars here and never had a problem. Guy that tints does a great job and their prices are reasonable. They also use good film, my oldest car has been tinted 7 years ago and film is like brand new, didnt fade or change colors.

This is a great family owned business where they make you feel apart of the family. They’ve done everything from a touch screen head unit, a double subwoofer and 4 channel amp, to custom wiring even the tints, on my B7 Audi. They have a great custom sticker shop too. They offer great prices and quality work. I’m never disappointed when I stop by.

MOST HONEST PEOPLE I DEALT WITH FOR CAR MODS. SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY AND GREAT HANGOUT ENVIRONMENT. I had a LED light bar installed along with a air horn in my Silverado 1500, they did a great job at a fair price and I couldn’t be more happy, can’t wait to get back to do my sound system. I read some of the reviews about them being expensive, I want to address them real quick, you get what you pay for, this is a company that has been there for years, has insurance, rent electric heat on and on, they will be there if you have any problems, questions, my wiring was done neat and protected against the elements and I consider that workmanship priceless..... Ok recently came to route 1 auto to fix up a botched up hid work from a car shop in linden, these guys here did great quality work and my hids look amazing! Granted the old guy up front can get frustrated sometimes but once you you get past that their work shines and im glad i took it here, i will follow up with hid update in the coming months, just make sure you go early as they can get really busy

Went there a couple of weeks ago to make some adjustments to a viper car alarm previously installed by them and the owner told me that it would take hours to do. And to come back another day. It took them over three hours to install it the first time and yet they couldnt install it properly. After pleading with him he said he would do it. 35 minutes later the adjustment were made and good to go. Customers beware! Bad customer service he just didnt want to help me because he already had my money. By the way i was there 25 minutes after opening. So he cant claim they were busy.

Damaged my interior when changing my radio and claimed the damages were already there. Very Poor Unprofessional Service. Will never bring my car back . Do not recommend this place to anyone. Owner had an attitude when I was trying to explain the damages and refused to accept.

I came to have my subwoofer replaced everything was fine for a few weeks then the amp started going into protection mode constantly. A month later my whole system starts getting choppy sounding like a loose connection or bad ground. I take it back to them and they say its just loose wires and they put tape around the wires. Fixed nothing so i kept my whole system off. A week later I turn it on and SMOKE starts coming from my trunk. I pulled the sub to see what happened to my amps discovering the terrible hookup job they had done... The ground and power cable had fused together causing the smoke all the wires were jumbled up and looped and they had stripped the screws on the amps so they sauteered it to quick fix their fk up. I had to go to my job to get it cut off and then unhook everything and rewire myself. If I wanted to do it myself from jump I wouldve never gone here. Now i have to replace my amps from them stripping them. How do you post negative stars?! Im furious

If I could put no stars It would be better. This place is a joke, no customer service skills. And dont believe anything they tell you . because they will tell you something to sell you the product and later break there promises when you need it to be fixed. I had an alarm system installed with them and I brought it in a couple of times to fix the sensitivity and the guy would bang on the top pillar with his fist to imitate an impact. Immediately when I got home and started to wax my car and noticed there was a dent in the same spot the guy was hitting it on. Mind you the car was a month and a half old and I would wash and wax my car by hand every weekend. I took the car back to them and told the manager that they have damaged my car and he said i had no proof they did the damage and he said theres was nothing he could do or will do. I wouldnt trust them with anything and I wish i never took my car there in the first place. Be smart and dont risk it.

THE REASON IM MAD IS BECAUSE AFTER ALL HE SHOW ME THE SAME RADIO I HAVE AND TELL ME IT ONLY HAVE 1 RCA OUT PUT AND THEN SHOW ME ANOTHER ONE AND TELL THEM THATS THE ONE I NEED TO DO WHAT I WANT IT .THAT WAS HE SOLUTION AFTER TAKING MY MONEY AWAY AND HE KNEW FROM THE MINUTE I WALK IN BECAUSE I HAD THE RADIO .
