My wife and I drove from Jamaica Queens to an, “at your service greeting”. We checked in and as soon as the pen hit the table Juan our sales rep greeted us in a non intrusive manner. Juan was patient and accommodating. He ensured all our concerns were addressed. When it came to pricing Juan understood our preferences and did everything in his power to meet them. From the show room to handing the keys with a fist bump at the door Juan meet our expectations.That is until we left the lot. We soon discovered that this dealership lacks integrity.Be careful the too good to be true red carpet treatment is shady.The outside plush as you can see. But. The brakes were shot. We had to get all new brakes and rotors. Two tires were dry rotted. We replaced the tires and the under carriage was badly rusted.They offered to do the brakes but were glad we didn’t because we would not have realized how bad the damage was.So they gave us a temporary license plate that expired before we received our registration “Facts” After numerous attempts to correct it we were told they cant extend the plates. Meanwhile both NY and NJ DMV states they should are able to. Again Be in the know after a month they had not submitted our registration request “FACTS” so we called and called and called and called some more. That fist bump at the door became a you get the hand. And that red carpet treatment turned into a one night stand.so after calling around and being placed on hold during phone transfers. Purchased two cars from the dealership, every time I dealt with Jason. They were nice and helpful until they got the sale. The reps will promise to replace tires, fix scratches, oil changes etc but never keep up their side of the deal. Most of the cars are salvage, had fenders benders, etc do not let them tell you otherwise. They will try to prevent you from running a history loss report on the car . 5 star reviews are false . The reps make the customers write a 5 star report .

False Ad and Important Info HiddenI checked their website, verified the VIN, and called to make sure the vehicle has no prior accident, has clean title, and no recall. I told them to make the vehicle ready for test drive as I drove from out of state to their location. When I got there, I was told the vehicles engine was flooded and its not running and the car is for sale AS-IS and I need to fix it after I buy it. They pressure me to sell me another vehicle thru their financing something which I dont need. They urge people to use their finance even though you dont need.What the hell, all this info is hidden from the public and they tell you the truth when you get there after I drive hundreds of miles. Their telephone and email services are horrible. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the dealership. Just double check: accident history, any recall, clean title, VIN, and Carfax report. Just be extra careful as something is shady over there.

I have to say that this dealership really has a fascinating inventory. But before I pick up our vehicle, the sales man Peter promised us he is going to change all the 4 tiers and transmission fluid as well as the battery. However. When we come to pick up the car I personally checked the front two tiers. And they did not change anything. So I went to Peter and asked him if they changed all the tiers. He literally lied in front of face saying that they changed the rare two tiers and they changed the transmission fluid and the battery. So I believed him. And drove back to home, had my uncle checked the car. We found out that Peter did not changes anything on this vehicle except the battery. Which makes me really mad and disappointed. So plz do not sign anything before the dealership fix or changes anything on your car.

I would be very careful going here. We called about a pre-owned car. We were told it was on the lot, and we travelled an hour and a half to see it. We made an appointment for a specific time. When we got there, they sent us to another lot but the car was not at at either place, despite their promising it was there for us to see just hours earlier. It was a complete waste of our time. They are not honest. During the height of Covid, some people were not wearing masks.

STAY AWAY if you value your peace of mind and would like a semi-decent customer experience. The people in this store dont care about their customers; and will stoop to new lows every single day to scam people. Luis (their finance manager) made an error while financing my car and wouldnt take any calls until I disputed the auto loan with Capital One. Once that was done, he guaranteed me a personal check to make up for the difference, its been a month and I call the dealership every single day and I can never reach him or anyone else that wants to help. They have a few girls that answer the phones for them and they are told to let the callers know that people are unavailable or on all day conference calls. This place is a sham and I would strongly recommend that you stay clear of this place.Also, as some other people have pointed out, all the positive reviews are FAKE and either written by their own employees and/or their friends (you can click on the profile of the reviewer, and read all their reviews - its a copy paste). The worst part is that have been cheating their customers for years and will continue to do so because they have been getting away with it. Legal action needs to be taken.

Very disappointed with this business. I spoke to Aryanna and told her I was coming from another state for a purchase, checked that the vehicle was there and that the price was correct, I also informed her that I would be financing and would like everything done in one day to return home. She ensured me that everything was all set and she would meet me at the location at 10am. When I arrived, not only was she not in, the vehicle was also not available and had a salvaged title so would not be available for financing even if it was at the lot. A 5 hour drive wasted after I made sure to call and ask all the proper questions as stated on the website. Peter, who helped me while I was there, was great but could not make up for my time and money wasted on taking a trip out there!

DO NOT BE SCAMMED. After browsing the dealerships website i found a vehicle i was interested in. The dealer reached out to me, i scheduled an appointment to check out the vehicle and do a test drive. I made the dealership aware i would be traveling from Virginia and was already pre-financed and ready to buy if the vehicle was as advertised. 4 1/2 hours later upon arrival it turns out that the vehicles that they advertise on their website for sale are actually NOT for sale in the USA because they are all salvage titles for vehicles they exclusively sell for export. Of course I was slightly frustrated and asked why that isnt listed on the dealership website...it is in very small print that most would overlook. Also, WHY WOULD YOU HAVE CARS ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU DONT SELL? So much more to mention but there is limited room in this text box. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Overall our experience with this place was not a good one. We called ahead of time to make sure the car we wanted had a clean title and no accidents. We arrive and we find out it is a salvage vehicle. We looked at other cars instead with an open mind. Our salesman Mohammad was very nice and attentive. He said to look for another car and we would pay the same price as the original car we came here for. That ended up not being true either. The finance guy Wilson, was another issue. He gave us a price that “included everything” and we asked multiple times if there’s any other fees we should be aware of. Of course he said no. And that was a lie . He did not provide us a breakdown of the expenses and gave US a pen to write it all down. Ridiculous. He also left us outside his office for AN HOUR while other customers cut in front of us, then waited for him to eat Burger King, and then gave us a higher interest rate because he kept us waiting outside -instead of having us sit in the office and work numbers with him. He kept sending Mohammad as a messenger to ask us questions in front of other customers instead of asking us directly in the private office. It’s horrible how they do business and we feel if they were upfront about things, we would be customers for life.

So i bought a car from this dealer last year around august and i just came back in to refinance the car and Noel and Wilson took great care of me, they were able to get my car refinanced and get my monthly payments reduced from $389 to $317 and got my interest rate down from 15% to 9%, if you need a refinance you could go see these guys and you will be very happy with the amount of money they will save you. ask for Noel, he was very nice and polite with me the whole process.

Jason was really great, very attentive. This place is very busy but the wait wasn’t long. The receptionist gave me to him and he took care of my every concern which I really appreciated! I’ve been to numerous of dealerships and I can say, I had the best experience here. If you value customer service I highly recommend that you go somewhere. Firstly Im from out of state, and I inquired about car that was in their lot. I informed them that I would only be able to come on certain day, since I live out of state. I was told to call them the day before I come to make sure the car is available, which I understand. So I planned on going on a Wednesday. I called on Monday evening to make sure the car was still available, which it was according the sales associate. Then I received call on Tue morning asking if I wanted to make an appointment to see the car, and I informed the sales associate that I will be flying on Wednesday for a 10am appointment, which was confirmed by the sales associate. Then I decided to check the dealer website on Tuesday evening to see the car, and the car wasnt listed anymore. I called them and they said that car was sold, and no one had any idea that there was an appointment set for Wednesday. So if I hadnt checked the website, I would have been flying to a dealership that didnt even have the car I was looking for. The kicker is that the Manager told me that the car was sold on Monday evening, and apparently no one had the knowledge that the car wasnt even their. Clearly this is poorly run dealership from top to bottom. My only regret is that I didnt take the previous bad reviews as a warning sign. I hope you adhere the warning

I spoke to Melissa on the phone and she was extremely helpful and I came down to look at a car and got lost and Melissa went out of her way to come find me so I could follow her to the dealership. There are not many representatives that would go out of their way like that. Melissa went above and beyond to help another satisfied customer.
