I love going to hot topic. Wherever I see one I walk right into. But I gave this one 4 stars because I was walking around picking several stuff and some lady ask me if I was done and ready to pay. I go to hot topic to get all the amazing stuff they usually have. Honestly I just left, because of the lady being so rude. What is wrong with wanting to get more than 2 or 3 things?

I wish I could give this zero stars. I had a terrible experience with an employee, from what I understood her name was Eren. She was extremely rude to the customers and to her employees. I am never going back to that location.

My daughters favorite store but a bit pricey.

Store is limited to 14 people at a time but I encountered a worker behind the register having her lunch and mask completely off on Saturday Nov 21 at about 8 pm. Not good not safe. If you take this serious I would honestly agree with all our Gov. Has to say. Stay safe mask up take this serious.

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter acted like he was annoyed, to ring up what I had wanted to purchase. Just, because of his nasty attitude. I took my business somewhere else. With, the way Christmas sales have gone down. Youd think that they would make a better effort, to treat a customer with respect. They can forget, about seeing me there again.

I opened brand new and took the tag and all the threads comes out . BRAND NEW !!! They told me I cannot return it because of the Covi-19 policy. But it was brand new! I didn’t even has the chance to use it.I just wanted to switch it, but they told me I need to buy a new one.Unbelievable! Worst experience with this new crew working Here.

Its all right. Good store

So I walk into the store and they didn’t greet me or even acknowledge my presences. I’m Christmas shopping AND picking up a web order from the store... they greet everyone but me for some odd reason and ask everyone else if they needHelp but me. Mind you I am African American and everyone else coming in after me isn’t. I’m walking around the store looking for stuff to but walking past multiple employees and NOTHING. And not even a word from the area manger she just keeps looking at me instead of helping me.

They didnt have what I was looking for and they only go up to xtralarge Im a 3x. They have shirts I wanted but not my size

I love going to hot topic for the latest gear related to my favorite TV shows and musical groups. I love the little trinkets and jewelry they sell here, but what is that awful smell? It permeates throughout the store and my shopping bag still reeks of whatever air freshener they use. Smells like someone covered a bunch of pennies in curry sauce

Hot topic used to have a lot of fun items in it. Its not the same anymore. Its all just clothes. The employees here are nice and all but not the same experience that it was in the early 2000s

My daughter loves coming here. The customer service is fantastic and the variety is plentiful.

Nothing super special about this location. Its cluttered like any hot topic. The people staff is nice and friendly. They even had my sailormoon stuff. I typically go to every hot topic just to buy sailor moon apparel and they had it.

Hot Topic is such an awesome store, great workers there, very kind, and helpful. Its really the only store I go whenever I go to the mall. It has very high quality clothing, and nice jewelry.
