Not very good customer service. Store is very organized though.

Very helpful staff. You could always download games directly to your consoles, however there is nothing better than visiting a game store. Brings back alot of childhood memories. Having a 5 year old I want to give him great memories.

They dont have any games you want. They try to up sale everything. I had to drive back because they didnt even put the game i brought in the big.. Always check before you leave. Will never go to this hame stop again.

2 cool stores combined in one. Gamestop and Think Geek. Shelves were kind of bare but what they did have made it a nice trip for my first time at this mall.

I like GameStop but this shop look a bit sad looking, like there was no many items to find good thing is you can fined a lot of pre owned gsmes so you can save some money on them

PROS: Very unique situation with this Gamestop. This location is very big compared to other Gamestops and their inventory is massive. What makes this location unique is that the store Thinkgeek is combined and is using the store along with Gamestop. The staff is also very nice and helpfulCONS: Just as a reminder this is a outlet mall, which means every retail store should be discounted. They had regular prices that are in line with other Gamestops. Yes they had clearance racks, but other Gamestops do too, but their regular merchandise was normal price which isnt the same with other storesOVERALL: If you come to this Gamestop anticipating regular prices than thats fine, but do not come here if you think youll get merchandise cheaper

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Have been waiting for 40 minutes now and they’re still not open. Employee is walking around doing nothing. Huge line of people outside and they’re still not open. Do not come here.

I had an issue with my new 2ds xl and I had insurance. So they switched it out right there. They did have to find me one from another store too as I had a limited edition one not every store has. I was very happy. I always reccomend gamestop over any place for gamers.

I have been to this location multiple times and have been told I can not trade in any electronics (because I am blocked by GameStop) but when I went to another location I was able to do everything perfectly fine I had my ID as well as my power up reward account. I purposely returned to this location to see if I would get the same treatment which I did I feel like I am being racially profiled when Attempting to trade in any merchandise at this location Manager stalls time pretends he’s attempting it and not even typing on his computer it’s sickening and disgusting to be racially profiled or asked weird questions like where did I get these items etc never shopping there again.

If u want a nice penny for your iPhone, tablet, watch they pay top dollar

I love Gamestop and it gives me the authority to choose any handheld and CD games for me to play 24/7!

Its pretty much what you would expect from any GameStop busy of course because its in the mall so expect to wait in line especially if you go after school times or during the weekends it feels like it has a lot of things but they are often out of stuff that might just be because of the high foot volume that they get so its easier to run out quickly but they should do a better job at taking down the empty boxes that display they still have an item in stock once they no longer have it its very disappointing to get your hopes up and pick the control you think you like and get to the counter and find out that its not in stock that happens quite a lot here and it can be fairly disappointing especially after youve already waited in the long line and now you have to make a decision on the spot because you feel rested with a real line behind you its not the kind of experience really want to have

Great game pricings but consoles are too expensive

They had a 1660 super on display for retail price, but it wasnt in stock.

I usually go here and havent for a while because of a certain grumpy supervisor....but I paid them a visit looking for stuff as usual.

Every geek, gamer, or anime affectionate needs power from somewhere, so Game Stop is the perfect place. In this Game stop you can buy games, and some miscellaneous stuff from for decor, or literally just for fun. I cannot say it has all games you can think of, neither I am going to say you are going out of there empty-handed, but I am trying to say is that it is literally is one of the thousands of Game Stops that are around United States. I give 5 stars since the employees are just extremely good people, and it improves the experience and the service of the place.

Good Place

I like the game stop because I get things in there for my son and my fiance too.

I didnt buy, anything when I went into the store. I always say that it takes nothing to speak to someone. When I walked in no one did that. Although the store was well put together and the selection of games were incredible that is the only reason I didnt rate this location higher. Granted this location was in a mall that is busy. That is the only reason they are not ranked a 5. Overall I was pleased with the store. I will revisit the store and see if anything changes within the coming weeks and let you all know.

Great customer service

I am very disappointed in the store. I called the store on November 16. I spoke with someone about a Star Wars figure that they had in stock. I had them confirm that they have the product and ask them if they would ship it to another game stop in Raleigh North Carolina. I gave them my name and the store number to ship it to and they said they would do it. It is now the 26th and the product is nowhere to be found. I called the store back multiple times to confirm that they shipped it and nobody knows anything about it. I don’t understand how online inventory shows that they have something and they confirm it and then all of a sudden now it’s no longer in inventory.

Good selection of games but that place needs some attention by the management. It is an absolute mess.....and my family and I were in their today and there was only one guy working. He was moving fast but the place was so busy he could barely keep up. Hopefully this was a one-off and the employees aren’t normally put in a bad spot like that.

Overall, it is a great experience to go and buy consoles and games. My complaints are the lack of Rewards Program mentions while checkout (Before paying, are you afiliated to our Rewards Program? would have been enough) and the lack of advertising on weekly releases (When I asked for a copy of Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far, the employees didnt know they were stored in a drawer).

Felt like I was bothering the female employee to get a look at some of the preowned games behind a glass panel. Ended up selecting a game for my collection and ended the trip asap. Rude, and unwilling doesnt explain it. Havent gone to the gamestop at Jersey gardens mall for a long time and I now know why..

I Went online and it said $200 for non pro membership for a ps4 pro trade-in, when i get there now its $160. Than i tried to cancel Call of Dutys preorder, they wanted to give me store credit instead, no money. im never buying at gamestop again, Im done with their failing stores, Very misleading and predatory,Their Stocks Are down the toilet for a reason 👎

Quick service and the cashier was nice enough to have a small conversation with me.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. The Male manager who was on duty today was completely rude and sarcastic to every customer who entered the store when they opened. 11/25/18. He gave customers dirty looks and rude remarks and also a delayed opening. Worst experience at a game stop I have ever had.

They only had 1 model kit

Honestly i dont buy anything from Gamestop anymore. There just has not been anything thats gripped me in a while. But whenever i entered a mall as a child i always ran to the Gamestop, which leads to my latest visit. Any mall i enter ill always go to Gamestop before leaving, its become somewhat of a tradition/habit to me. Inform yourselves on its tricky practices before buying from Gamestop. I only enter to see the pretty toys they have lol.

Ordered a Darth Vader Christmas tree topper & got it shipped to the store since I work in the mall. Not only did they make me wait in line for something I paid for but each time I stopped by to retrieve my package that was signed by one of their confirmed employees, it was a new excuse each time why they couldnt hand over my package. Despite how many people work there none of them knew how to process the shipment, not even the SM..its honestly sad.PROS: great merchandiseCONS: incompetent employees

This guy with beard folded our clothes on his body with beard touching it, not paying attention and purposely talked to other people while we checked out, not even a thank you after. They also marked up the price of a new PS4 game to over $120 and put stickers on it that its now reduced to $70 or so, trying to fool customers it is drop on price. I would avoid this gamestop in the mall in the future.

Gamestop is one of best places to buy video games!

To start they don’t answer the phone, no matter how many times you call, and when you get there in person they look at you and talk like your bothering them, if you can’t deal with the public, that’s not the job for you. Never will use this store again.

Worst store on the planet they dont answer the phone ever ive called 36 times and not one time they answered they are very slow at what they do i suggest to fire the whole staff and rehire new ones that actually do theyre job correctly never again i shop here or call them unorganized and store is always a mess. if i could give them no stars i would
