Ive been going here for years and never had a problem but lately Im so sick of them. Me and my family went in February to get our glasses, its now may and they keep saying they didnt come in yet or they are backed up. For 3 months, Ive never had to wait for glasses this long, all along while my eyesight is getting worse. Im very unhappy with them.

One word, TERRIBLE! this will be the last time I get my glasses from there. Its been 2 months and I still havent gotten them. They need to do better.

If I could give them 0 star I would. Thats the worst place ever. It was a mistake go to to this doctor. The customer service is 0 and if you really want your glasses dont waste your time to go there because it can take months before you have them.

I went to this Dr because I needed an appointment asap and he was available. I was told my glasses would be ready in a week. It has now been 3 was. Called twice, Ill call you right back must mean a month from now. They were very welcoming and patient with me at visit. So now my patience has worn out. Should have kept my appt with my own Dr.

Very disorganized office. The doc is doing 10 million things at a time while doing your eye exams which therefore, does not even give you enough time to read letters. My glasses came out bad. Perhaps wrong prescriptions. I had two more left to pick up which were not ready and were in like 2 months. I eventually had to go to another eye doctor to get another eye exam and new glasses after paying for 3 glasses plus eye exams.

They said my glasses would take 2 - 3 weeks its been A MONTH ! everytime I call, they tell me to call back and I get no response.

Your glasses are never on time. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and they are never on time and always give you a bunch of excuses. This time they got my frames wrong and then the prescription for my glasses wrong 2 times. If you dont want to waste your time dont come here. Besides, even woth covid there are a bunch of people inside and its not safe in such a small space. To top it off they dont even take the temperature to enter the doctors office and I never saw anyone desinfecting handles or the glasses that everyone puts on their eyes. FOR GODS SAKE!

Still waiting on my glasses haven’t even received a call it’s been a little bit pass two months now ! At least tell me the date you put in the order for my glasses and tell me when they’re supposed to be arriving ! The exam went well but this wait for the actual glasses is messing up the business drastically !

I have no problem at all with the doctors office been going to them for three years and he’s been very courteous and honest at least to me makes very fast appointments when you call to get one and takes a lot of insurance plans that most doctors do not be careful with the hours on the website they differ

Never have your glasses on time, it’s always full of unhappy costumers complaining about their service

Have been going here for more than 10 years, and I am satisfied every time I go. It does get packed because the doctor has so many patients and hes the only OD there, but he is the best. Would recommend going when youre not on a time limit, though.

Ive been going to this office for over 20years. It can get extremely packed but he always gets my contact lenses in a good amount of time and he usually has my prescription on hand so that i dont have to wait. Office is jacked up but Dr. Bruder is great.

THE WORST DIRTIEST PLACE I’ve been to. The doctor scams people left and right and the office has roaches and stinks like urine. I made the mistake of coming here and had to be refunded completely. Someone needs to call the health department on these people AND the department of Labor because there’s a lot of corrupt stuff going on in this office. Just sickening. SAVE YOURSELF.

The doctor is very kind and professional, his receptionists are very rude and unpunctual, lack of respect on her part

This place is horrible!!!! Every time I go something goes WRONG!!!!! THIS TIME THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FRAMES!!!! I FEEL BAD FOR SOME OF THE STAFF CAUSE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE OTHER IDOTS THAT WORK THERE!

Although his office its small, and outdated. His expertise is unquestionable, most wait times its because he has so many patients. When its your turn. He is a very caring Doctor and he does get the job done right. He does his best to get you in and out of the office as soon as possible. I have been going to him for years.

Even tho the place needs some renovations I was pleased with the service the doctor gave me and my children. One of my children had a difficult time with there letters and he made sure to accommodate something else that was much easier for my children. And recieved our glasses in a week which was not long at all.

His a very nice doctor customer service are Excellent. No Complaints

I recently went to pick up glasses, the ladies were super nice . I dont know why people are saying customer service is bad when its not theyre really sweet and polite . The Dr is excellent . Got my glasses fast.

0 Stars for this office! The staff is super unprofessional and have horrible customer service skills. Dr. Bruder is a horrible person as well. He over charges his patients and knows exactly what hes doing when collecting their medical insurance vs their vision insurance. It just so happens that on the day of my visit I was almost one of those patients who was going to be over charged and talked into believing he needed my medical insurance. I just so happen to have been the manager to an eye doctor and knew exactly when medical insurance was needed and thats not during a regular routine exam at registration. He took the copay from my medical card EVEN AFTER I told him my vision insurance and gave him proof of the card and the $15 copay and $30 material copay. He then acted as if he were calling my vision benefits after confronting him about what he was doing. He was on the phone for 2 minutes and acted as if these benefits were verified. No insurance verification is ever that fast! His staff was shocked that someone has finally spoken up and says it’s not the first time it had been done to a patient in this office. This office has no morals and they watch this man on a daily basis take money from these patients and the patients have no idea of what’s taking place. After all these years now I know why hes still opened. He refused to give me my written rx and told me until my insurance paid for this visit I could not have my rx w/ my vision. I was so shocked and I’m still in disbelief that he treats his patients this way and a lot of them are older so they have no idea of what’s taken place when he’s explaining to them how billing and verification works. This was by far the worst visit ever and I hope they audit his office because it just isn’t right!

The Doctor was great but his staff was terrible. They are so unorganized, she told me my glasses will be there at on march 5th now she saying the order was never sent out because they typed my date if birth wrong. Well when were yall going to call me 👀

Theres no point in going to pick up anything at the time he specifies because theyre never ready. The doctor himself is able to cut the lenses, but will rather make the patient waste his time and come back just so he could make someone else do it. If such person cant come when you need him/her then maybe you need someone else. Worst place ever, the only reason i went there was because it was the closest place from home.

Horrible service. Received the wrong glasses at initial pick up. After a few months I needed to replace them and could not get the prescription as requested. Put on hold for long periods, was told I would receive a call back and never did. This office lacks professionalism.

The doctor is ok! But the people who work there are terrible. They have terrible customer service and are always gossiping instead of attending patients. When you call they automatically put you on hold and have you wait forever, you have to end up calling them back again.

Been here for an hour and fourth five minutes just to PICK UP contacts, that shouldnt happen. Will give this place a -8 stars if possible!

I came in as a walk in. I needed an emergency frame replacement. The office was crowded and they still took care of me within 15 minutes.

It was one of the best but now it is the worst place to have your glasses made, the doctor does not know what he is doing and the assistants are useless and they do not know what they are doing either, they give you the wrong lenses and they do not make them for you. the way you sent them to do
