The staff is always so warm and inviting. They are extremely willing to help and always have the best stock of everything! I love this place. Every time I’m here I end up spending at least 2 hours making purchases!

I saw this place on tiktok and I traveled about an hour for nothing. They do have brand name products but the selection was wack.

Today (09/19/2020), there were only 6 people in store and sales associate were not letting people in..I have seen many people just walk away from store because of they were standing in line for long and no one come for response.Understand due to Covid less people are welcome but store is huge and easily can accommodate 15 people at time (based on same size of store allowing people in same mall).

The staff here are really slow even though there are more staff in the back. When you go to a supermarket, the assistant for self-checkout would be more helpful and more willing to help. No staff would tell you their new policy before you spending time on your shopping.

Just took advantage of the 40% offer on a Tory Burch product, however the cosmetics salesperson forgot the Estée Lauder product in my purchase. She was very accommodating and friendly and offered to include it in my next purchase at discount as well. I definitely liked this store more than Sephora because its not as overwhelming and the staff are warm and want to see you walk out happy. Thank you!

They sell a lot of stuff here for good prices and there are always discounts at the store. However enen though there were not many customers in the store the cashiers were very slow and there were employees in the back room that could have been helping others. Other than the experience I had today, I love this store and would recommend visiting.

I used to like shopping here and could spend $200-300 each time, but recently they stopped putting prices on new products and blacked out prices on things that had the price sticker. Employee told me that it was because the price was inaccurate since they usually have sales, which is just the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I know how to calculate 40% off, I’m not stupid. I want to know 40% off of WHAT. Retail? Discounted price? She asked me if she could tell me prices and I was thinking “YES. THE ENTIRE STORE.” I don’t want to bring things up front to play “guess the price.” Your entire value proposition is that things are discounted. Don’t hide the prices. I walked out empty handed and unable to make an informed choice on what to buy.

The Store is awful dont shop there very disorganized and employees standing around.. if you pick up the wrong product you will be accountable for it. The Store manager Karina not accommodating more concerned with sending her employee for an errand to go buy her a ginger ale rather than helping me.. Told me regional manager wouldnt call me because she is off... HORRIBLE SERVICE

Pros: the deals at this store just cannot be beat, and the makeup is almost always at least an extra 30% off the discounted prices. they have a pretty decent selection of brands and have some decent skincare and fragrance options. cons: the shade selection can be very limited, especially for complexion products, the product selection doesn’t seem to change much over time, and i think some of the product they sell is just...old/expired.

I got few skincare products and lipsticks from Tom Ford brand they carry very good brands and the prices are very reasonable. Will always come back !!

The staff is not at all helpful. My wife bought an eye liner and went home. After checking her collection she realized that he already had the same color. When we went back to the store to exchange for a different color they rejected. Its not a return, just changing one color to a different color of the same brand. Thats ridiculous policy.
