Very helpful, not pushy at all. Excellent embroidery.

Cheap products, extremely overpriced. the employee claimed I was looking for $1 hats. I was not. I simply expressed that the hats are $1.00 wholesale. To mark up to 15 dollars is excessive, especially when the quality of the hats weren’t sufficient. Most of the hats are dirty and/or covered in dust. Most of the hats were also bent out of shape or weren’t centered on the brim. I noticed because I have a similar business and those details are important when embroidering and centering logos. I simply expressed that the markup in price was in poor relation to the actual quality of the merchandise. Lastly, I would like to mention I purchased plain hats. There was no customization.I paid the price with no problem, just know you can get better quality work and customer service at a tshirt/embroidery shop outside the mall. There’s no reason to scam customers because you have a high overhead.. simply put

Nice spot do good work got a shirt made up but they need more colors in bigger sizes price not bad a couple of spots i went 2 couldnt put what i wanted on the shirt no problem 4 them

Amazing fast service when I needed help pulling off an embroidery miracle super fast! I live in Florida and had to use a courier to drop off and pick up my order but if i lived in town, this company would be my garment decoration go to every-time! excellent customer service, I highly recommend.

Saw the reviews and decided to go. First off there was no price list. It’s a kiosk and not a store. I asked what the prices were and she said to tell her what I want and she’ll let me know.....I said I wanted two hats embroidered and two sweat shirts screen printed. She said $25 per hat and $30 per sweatshirt. I left, went to the Embroidery Place at Livingston Mall and paid $15 per hat and $15 per sweatshirt in their store. Saved $50.

Maria is so helpful and took such good care of us! She took a logo we provided and made some tweaks to meet our specifications. The price was affordable and we were taken care of in less than 30 min. Make sure you come see her 👏🏽👏🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
