The atmosphere here is nice and friendly. But today I got some Oreo cupcakes from the bakery it was so dry I could of choked so I had to give the whole thing away to someone else and the frosting was way too thick, then I got potatoe chips that was very hard . I been going here since I was younger . I hope they bring back their fried “FAN” tail shrimp in the pack cause I was a big “FAN”of that ❤️

It is a good place, but it is the third time that I try to buy a chicken and they are always burned, they must better control the time they prepare because they do not taste good when burned.

As being from the south, we don’t have this. I stumbled on this store while I was walking around, to learn that it is the Walmart of the north!As per this store, it is across from the train station ( Elizabeth North station) great selection of produce. More amazingly, they have a “quick sale” produce section where you can find great deals on produce that you should cook the same day! See the pics!I included great amount of pics so you can compare prices of where you are coming from ( especially for people who are not from this country or this part of country!!)

Large selections...many check outs as well as many self check out...most times Im in and out with exactly what I was looking for...satisfying and stress free experience...large easy parking lot.

They have to do better wit they men’s bathroom 🚽 I wonder if the ladies bathroom the same

Prices are very high overall in comparison with other groceries in the same area! Shopping here is for convenience period. A hundred dollars doesnt go far at this store!I like the ease of using Western Union and then shopping for groceries in one spot.Meat department is bad. Prices too high, cuts & quality are bad. Again I prefer to purchase meat from shoprite.They have a lot of inventory for whatever your looking for, just expect to pay twice as much than any other comparible grocer.This is not my first choice to shop at, but when I buy a money order, I utilize this opportunity to pick up a few items.Staff is always kind & courteous! I will shop here again.

( Elizabeth store)sells expired foods. This actually happened to me twice. I spoke to a Jeff in Mangement about it. I bought some frozen foods that had a April 2021 expiration date, I purchased in September. This is unacceptable! Especially with those prices.

Its a big, American style supermarket with all the things that you need and lots more that you dont. No crowds when I was there.

Enough vehicle parking space. The grocery in the store were well labeled and organized.

Overall great service staff helps,and shelves are stocked and if something is not theyll have a member retrieve it.

She has a great personality, listens well and understanding of what you are saying. Did not feel rushed. She is a real people person. Works and deals well with people. An asset to Stop n Shop .

My first visit to Stop and Shop. Nice store with abundance of grocery products, although found it somewhat pricey compared to ShopRite and Aldi, where I usually shop.

A couple years back I came to the coinstar machine here and transfered all the coins I had saved up into the machine. I only had 29 dollars. When I went to cash in my card and get the money a lady gave me 30 bucks and just said to keep it. I have never been so blessed. 5/5

I’m a regular customer, love the helpful employees and the best deals but the smell of dirty sewer for a while now, specially at the bakery department is driving me far far away.

Great store, fully stocked and clean. I was able to find the one ingredient I couldnt at two other stores. Must say I was happy, and my Thanksgiving complete.

I shop here every single week. Its gotten to the point I no longer buy my produce here because they go bad VERY QUICKLY no matter what so I wait and shop elsewhere for my fruits and veggies. The lotto line is almost always long and backed up as the workers there move in slow motion. And the deli workers ALL SHOULD BE RETRAINED, they cross contaminate by touching and checking their personal cell phones in the middle of orders, they go from one area to the next, answering the deli phone and touching handles and have to be PROMPTED to change their gloves and wipe down the areas by the customers. In times like this when cleanliness is everything, who is responsible for hiring these people???? SMH

This is my go to store. They have sales all the time. The store was recently renavated and it looks nice and they keep the store very clean. I love the robot going around the store to make sure there isnt anything on the floors.

I will start looking for a new place for food shopping.. the carts are everywhere for my last 2 visits. For some reason they have more kids working here and they focus on conversations with each other instead of taking it to their break room... I always came here because it was clean and close. Now I will be taking business elsewhere

On 9/3/2020 at approximately 11am. My mother was verbally assaulted by a customer who was kindly asked to maintain 6ft social distance. The customer became irate and verbally abusive. It is NJ law that customers maintain social distancing while in stores. No customer should be verbally abused while adhering to state mandated requirements.The store manager did not take any action to correct the customer who was verbally abusive to my mother. The security video would show what transpired.

Overall I always come accross great people who provides great customer service. As far as the prices is good to check the weekly ads

I would say, not sure if it is because of the location in Elizabeth, but this store doesnt follow CDC rules and regulations. As Im walking thru the store to do my shopping I saw several buyers without a mask. I will definitely wont come back to do my shopping here ever again.People were in under a pandemic that the numbers once again are raising and for people walk around without a mask is unacceptable. Were the solution to the problem, but at the same time were part of the problem.

Very rude people working in this place high prices comparing to ShopRite. Some people not wearing mask and the men bathroom is just not clean. Very bad experience hopefully they can change all this problems in this supermarket but for now I stayed away from this place. Shoprite. Better

Nice store, clean & has good hours. Not as big as Shoprite but for the convenience, you cant go wrong - except for the creepy robot roaming the isles. They say hes a nice guy and all but I wouldnt wanna meet him in a dark alley.

I went in to make a purchase but my debit card strip does not work. Working for retail i know that u can charge a customer manually if need be.Very unprofessional manager didnt even attempt to look like she wanted to help me.
