Help was great and knowledgeable, one of my 3 favorite lids stores in NJ !

Lids can not do elaborate work. I.E. crew neck shirts or nylon fabric.

The prices are high for items you can get at other stores or online much cheaper. Its well stocked and has a wide variety.

Worse costumer service every time I come here Tha ladies that work there treat me like Im asking them to give me money out of their pocket.. like wth no type of costumer service worse than a flea market...Im never coming back there. They should be fired.

All Yankee stuff. We need more Mets .

Nice selection for a small lids store and reasonable prices

The Lady dressed a little masculine; African American decent was extremely rude. Seems like she doesn’t like working there & would rather be anywhere else in the world aside from there. #Lids I understand finding quality employers are hard but please don’t settle for that ! Closing the gate on my face as if there wasn’t another customer in the store .

So upset. Im a hat fanatic and my name must be printed on every hat. They would not stitch my skully cap because she said it wont work. I told her I been getting my name on these type of hats for some years. She was not comfortable doing it. I gave it 3 stars because she did nothing wrong. I took 2 stars because they need to train their employees for this stuff. Im missing a bomb sale and I need my Ness Hat!

My boyfriend just recently cut his dreads and all the employees were very patient and helpful with him finding a hat to fit his head.

Friendly, helpful. And they did an awesome job on my 72 year old dads Yankee fitted!

Today when I went to the store, I asked if they could add the El Salvador flag on the side of the hat . They said it was possible but when I came back to the store, it was missing it’s middle symbol . I asked if they could add it in because there are other countries that have similar flags . The lady named Jennifer who claimed she was the manager made my hats . When I asked her if she could fix / add the symbol she told me no then proceeded to shove a sign that said “no exchange and no returns” in my face . I am a business owner and I know not to treat a customer or anyone in that manor . She was very rude and she shouldn’t be working there . I buy hats from Lids all the time but this is the first time this has happened to me .

Customer service was great more than one associate asked me if I needed help and the young lady who helped me was very helpful... Overall great game experience...

Dope experience the asst manager I believe her name was Shay was extremely helpful and always is the best !!!

Its ok for an outlet... according to my son, dont expect to find every hat you want here, but they do have some good choices

I went in with my husband to buy a hat for him. The young lady who helped us out was very nice and she was very helpful I don’t know her name sadly because I would of gaved her a good review. I would of gaved this 5 stars but another lady gaved me additude when I was ordering a custom order.

Extremely disappointed in this store. Went to pick up a hat that I had shipped to store and it was too big. I asked them if I could swap it out I would pay the price difference or whatever it took and very rudely they told me all sells were final. So I basically just threw 30 dollars away.
