They have a nice collection of what you need in your kitchen. The prices were also pretty much for the pocket with the multiple deals that were running at that time.

Their products are scams. They dont fix anything if broken. Do not buy anything.

The air fryer was ordered online and I cant get it to work. It has two year warranty but I cant get Think Kitchen people to call me back or email me regarding this problem. Been calling its customer services many times and voicemail is always full; also been emailing many times and all I get is a case number and no contact.When I first purchased and received this product I plugged it in--light went on and out for good. Cant get it to turn back on ever again. I want trouble shooting from customer services or replacement because of warranty. The bigger problem is Think Kitchen isnt responding at all; its like a ghost company.

After 2nd visit (tried to give them a chance)...1 star is too much !!!On the 1st & 2nd time we interact with the same lady in the cashier...such NOT nice, un smiley & try to cheat u, not understand why ??So 1st time we had a gift return....she was so upset, even we had a gift card receipt.2nd visit, they had sale. We’ve been help by a different sweet girl, we bought 2 products, that was marked on sale like the all store.When we got to the cashier, one product was marked as $ 29.99 after discount.When we got the brand new box, their was a sticker on it, original price $ 19.99 & sale price $ 14.99 (half of what was on display)...when we mentioned it to the musty cashier, she claimed: yes, it’s 14.99 + tax $ 15.00 (ya sure...100% tax) ....When I made her rethink again, she change the price & gave us the sale price of $ 14.99 + 6% tax as should be.In the mean time we realized that they jump up all the price, than show them as on sale. The sale prices are higher than the original prices.....?!!!I warned u all...be careful...Not Sure if it’s only in Jersey Gardens NJ Or all over the Think kitchen stores.We will NEVER buy from them again.

The employees who are working today, June 23 at 3:40 p.m., I am very rude with the clients coming to ask if they need help and they are only harassing the people with their looks and questions if they need help but just thinking that they are going to steal something Hopefully, when they hire staff, they will train them well on how to treat clients. I will NEVER go back to this place, The employees that are working today June 23 at 3:40 p.m. look us so nasty and asking if we need help but its only cause they think were gonna steal something I hope next time when theyll hire somebody teach them how to treat the clients.
