Poor customer service in evening and I believethatthe older man is the owner or manager. I went there knowing exactly how much my remaining balance was before I was going to use my card in the store. I had about$7 left on the card and my total in the store came to $5.28. The man ran the card and said only $2 was approved & I still owed him $3.28. I nicely explained that it had to be a mistake since I just checked the card and politely asked him if he could run it again please and even apologized for the inconvenience. He looked at me with such a nasty look while he mumbled under his breath as though I was wasting his time or trying to rip him off or something. Mind u were no other customers in the store at the time. He reluctantly ran it again, himself, not allowing me to swipe it myself, which is usually the procedure and quickly told me it was declined. So he was saying I still owed the remaining $3.28. I gave him a different card to which he claimed only approved $2, which is of odd since it had over $20 remaining. So now according to him, I still owed $1.28 and he was talking loudly in his language to another employee and they were both looking at me with disgust. He made me feel so bad, I ran out of there practically feeling as though I did something wrong. I planned on running home for the remaining $1.28 I still owed and bringing it back, but first I checked my cards. He charged my first card for the entire amount of $5.28, so I was paid in full. There was no partial charge that only paid him $2 as he claimed.. Plus, he also charged my 2nd card $2, so now I overpaid and left with no products. When I went back to show him the transactions, he would barely look up at me, didnt want to see my proof of transactions or listen to what i was trying to explain to him and refused to give me the purchase I had not only fully paid for, but overpaid $2. He was nasty and rude and made me so upset. I frequently shop there cause it convenient and close to my house, but am really angry and insulted. He owes me $7. 38 or the products I purchased.

Best store in the area. Best prices by far with good service. Has mostly everything but not a great craft beer section but they make up with the help. There’s ample parking on the sides and it seems like these guys never close even times are tough! Keep up the great work!

They have a huge inventory of liquors and beers. But especially, they have my favorite beer, MEDALLA LIGHT.

If the customer is not aware of policies or regulations, employees should assist on letting customers know. Instead, they are rude and ill manner.

Not much to say here. The have alcoholic drinks, and a very good selection at that. Every time I come here, I find what Im looking for.

Good prices, plenty of parking on the east and west side of store. Beer always cold, store always well stocked. Che king preety fast and smooth, the staff from the stockroom to the cashiers very professional and always service with a smile. Good location 4 blocks west off exit 13 i95 and several blocks east from edge rd.(1/9).

They have an employee who is completely rude and disrespectful. He smoke to me like I was an animal and not a person. I will NEVER return to this store especially since they actually jack up their prices and offer almost no discounts.

This is the worst liquor store Ive ever been to..they are very racist and disrespectful.. If you are a person of color pls, save urself the headache and go somewhere else..when I went in this store I had a white man in front of me he payed with credit card, then it ws my turn to purchase my liquor I handed him a credit card and very rudely says can I see your Id...I ask him y he didnt id the white guy in front of me whom also payed with his credit card..nevertheless, I proceeded to pass him my id den he says is this really you n is that really your infinity outside..I never felt so disrespected in my life...So I politely told him to cancel the transaction and walked out.a
