I used Shleppers to store my belongings for 2 years, and then move from NY to PA. They did a great job. Great attitude from the team. Fast, efficient. The sales team and the operations teams were very responsive on quotes, re-quotes, last minute changes, and reminders the whole way through. All my furniture was in good condition. They are an established company, with a good reputation, and I had used them before in a subcontracting job to replace a terrible competitor, and they did a good job then and now. Right price for good service.

Shleppers is not only the best moving service Ive used, theyre also one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. Ive used them 4 times now. The first thing that I love about them is that as soon as I submit a request for a move, I immediately get a phone call from the same move coordinator (Frances) who knows all of the things that need to move (except for what I acquired since the last move). The second thing I love is that they are on-time, professional, and they work like ninjas to make the move as quickly and efficiently as possible.If there is one criticism, its that you can probably find cheaper services out there. But you get what you pay for.

Stay away, unless you want to lose thousands of dollars in damaged furniture. They broke over $2000 worth of furniture. They placed it in the room so I can’t see the damages, they lied to me by saying that all the damage will be reimbursed... I moved many times in NY and these we the worst people: unprofessional, dishonest hustlers. Disgusted by this company and people who work for them.
