As far as social skills and customer service. I think these guys are great and doing a great job representing E-Z Rentals. I personally dont do business on this level unless Im desperate for the items in question... But Im sure these guys are awesome to work with.

Great service, great people. Prices are high but they go out of their way to help if youre in a tight spot. My only complaint is that if you have an item that needed service, it can take far longer than it should to get your item back. We had a 2 yr contract for a washer and dryer set, of which 6 months of that was using a loaner washer as ours was out for repair twice. The first time it was returned, it was listed as fixed but no documentation of what they fixed and it wasnt repaired. The second time, it appeared to operate as described, but again, 6 months was just plain ridiculous...

Great staff but they seem to not be able to get it together. I am buying a fridge and a cpl weeks later decided to get a couch bc it was on sale. turned around a few weeks later and paid couch off. Every since then they have messed my due dates up causing me to pay late fees. Im set up to pay bi-weekly on my payday but for the last 2 months they send texts saying the entire amount is due. This time set me up in between paydays and caused me a late fee. Well not only a late fee but came to my house and I was 3 days late! didnt even call me one single time!!! How am I suppose to know its due when its not my payday and got NO text!! Once this is paid I will NOT be back RIDICULOUS! But staff is very friendly thats why they get a 2 star and not a 1 lol

I bought a living room suit on 2-21-17. PD 637.00. Was told all furniture was sprayed for any infestation. About a week later roaches started appearing. This house was remodeled before I moved in. Now I discovered that the couch has been pissed on. I drive truck for a living and not home often. However, Ive taken time off and being home every day I m using the couch regularly. No mistaken the smell!! Unfortunately for me too much time as passed for me to get any satisfaction from these people,so Im putting the word out to anyone who is thinking about purchasing furniture. I want to thank David Holsclaw and Cyndi Davis for lying to me about the condition of my furniture!!!

Know someone that got a couch set from here that happened to be a return from some one whom couldnt pay for it. It was infested with bed bugs. This means anything in that store can be contaminated with these nasty bugs!

Worse place to go to David is rude. He also talks down to women. He also give lower price to hook you then triple the cost.

Horrible company the company line is call six times a day when you specifically tell them on what day you get paid and they were supposed to put that in the notes but do they no. Will not do business with them again
