Owner is so very lovely! She treated us like family and made my daughter feel like a princess. She gave us so much time and never seemed impatient when I would have been ready to tell us to make our minds up already lol. Selection great and she would order if need be. I couldnt have been more pleased with our experience!

Awful experience!!! I convinced my girls to get bridesmaid dresses here because I trusted the owner to do a good job, thought she knew what she was doing. I thought having the one on one time with owner would be better than a larger chain. Sadly I was wrong. We told her want we wanted and what we didnt want. We got exactly what we told her we didnt want. Even after her admitting the dresses we ordered was not the same as the picture she still didnt want to give us money back on the awful dresses she ordered. I will never ever do business here or send anyone her way.

This place is a joke paid a fortune for a prom dress for my daughter and she measured her and said she could get the dress close to her size and wouldnt need but very little alterations took forever didnt think we was getting the dress back before prom after multiple times having to go down there and insist on getting the dress done finally and then charged an extra 150 dollars on topof the dress never again will i go her nor will anyone i know and will definitely tell everyone to stay away please if you are reading this stay away

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I GOT MY WEDDING DRESS HERE AND MY BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES AFTER MANY ALTERATIONS MY DRESS STILL DIDNT FIT AND EVEN FEEL APART DURING THE RECEPTION AND MY GIRLS DRESSES EVEN FIT THEM BUT AFTER ORDERING THEM 6 MONTHS BEFORE MY WEDDING AND GETTING THEM A WEEK BEFORE I HAD NO TIME TO GET THEM ALTERED IT WAS THE WORST EVER AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON MY MOMS MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS ALL I CAN SAY IS I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THE DRESSING ROOM AND WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THE DRESSING ROOM......
