I saw Dr. Cannon and was very pleased with how thorough she was with the exam. I have had issues with my eyes that have been present for years and she took the time to try to track down the root cause, which is something that my last eye doctor didnt take the time to address. I am hopeful that my new prescription will help alleviate some of my sight issues. Very pleased with the service that was provided.

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed! The office is so pretty and equipment to check your eyes is very modern, I have never had a more thorough eye exam. The staff are professional and friendly. I have been having some issues with my sight and muscle strain the past few months. Dr. Brooke spent lots of time with me explaining all that I have going on with my eyes. I can’t wait to get my new glasses and get back to living life with wonderful vision like I once had when I was younger. They were amazing with my 3 year old who wasnt very cooperate. We had a terrible experience with a different eye doctor who wasnt even willing to try to help him. As it turns out my sons eye sight isnt very good and does need glasses which we have ordered. I appreciate all the polite staff that helped us along the way and was patient with him. I highly recommend Elizabethton eye care especially for little ones.

Im new to the area and I had something in my eye that was scratching under my eye lid. I tried to flush it out with no success. I called the office and they were worked me into their schedule within 2 hours. They were able to remove the object treat the scratch to the cornea. The staff and the doctor were wonderful. As always we are extremely happy with our recent check ups. My entire family gets our eye care at this office and often do our appointments at the same time. Walking into this facility you are automatically welcomed. They provide an entertaining family atmosphere and are always there to answer questions or even help in picking out just the right glasses. They notice the little things in every process of the exam. In our previous years appointment they found an issue with my sons eyes just by the way he had his head tilted when reading the letters. He had not told us about having double vision when he held his head straight and had unknowingly corrected it. Something as simple as a head tilted is the example of attention to detail that they provide. I am very impressed and would always highly recommend them for any eye care need.

Everyone there is outstanding but the fact that you only get to see as good as you can afford each stage cost more so hopefully now Ill get to see better next year I understand that different quality glasses cost more or less but everyone should be allowed to see as good as anyone else and not only what you can afford

Literally the best Eye Dr I’ve ever been to!! I was honestly impressed, today was my first visit with them. I switched from another eye clinic I was no longer happy with, and I’m glad I did. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Justin and Brooke helped me and they both listened to my concerns (something that wasn’t being listened to at the other eye clinic). Brooke was able to find my problem and hopefully solve my headaches I’ve been having on a daily basis, and help me see better when I drive.I would recommend this place for sure!

My appointment was set for me at my convenience. When I arrived, I was immediately taken to examining room and the staff got busy taking care to see that all my questions and concerns were met. The exam was thorough and professionally completed in a timely manner. Frame selection was performed with staff to insure I got exactly what I wanted. This was undoubtedly the best eye exam since my time in the military when I had to undergo an annual flight physical examination. My sincere thanks to Dr. Jones-Cannon for an exceptional experience.

Everyone was very welcoming (as this was my first appointment). I was impressed by the technology used in my exam - far above anything I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Holtsclaw-Jones, Justin, and Ethan were exceptional in their service and explanations!

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Each machine was sterilized in front of me before my testing began. Yaz was the the young lady performing my test. She explained each one as it was being performed. Dr. Jones concluded my testing and gave the findings along with the prescription for my new glasses. Ethan Cannon was the young man assisting me with my frames. My glasses require a specific type of lens. This is new to me and Mr Cannon was very patient and informative about all my options. He created an example of the type lens I will be wearing to make sure I would be comfortable with the transition. This is a team I trust and recommend. I am one among so many that the pandemic has affected in my employment and insurance. Dr Jones has been very kind in working with me as a cash patient. I feel I am getting top notch treatment under the care of Dr. Tammy Holsclaw Jones & Dr. Brook Jones Cannon. My granddaughter is treated by Dr. Brooke Jones Cannon and she loves coming for exams. Dr. Cannon educates my granddaughter about her vision on a level she can understand. At the age of 10 she understands her diagnose and how to care for her eyes. We are very grateful for the doctors and staff at this office. They really care about your vision and you as a person.

Have been a patient here for several years. I dare to say you won’t receive better or more thorough care anywhere. The staff there is so friendly and helpful! Probably not the cheapest care but we’re talking about your eyes. I am type 1 diabetic so I want the best care possible for my eyes and I’m convinced this is the place to get it!

This is an amazing place! I will absolutely be forever grateful for absolutely everything they did to help me see for the first time in 5 yrs! I mean really see! Dr.Brooke Cannon is the best!!! She and her mom Dr. Tammy Holsclaw-Jones have been very concerned about my left eye. They are the greatest!!!! The eye exam went very well. Then, They wanted to charge me 25.00 for my daughters PD which made me VERY upset. (PD is used when purchasing glasses online.I always buy one pair from the eye doctors office, and one cheaper pair online for backup, so I need this number for that reason) Will find a new eye doctor next time!

This was my 7 year old daughters first visit to the optometrist. Dr. Holsclaw and the staff made her visit very enjoyable! They were very patient and made her feel extremely comfortable. They were very helpful with picking out her glasses and informing Mr on every aspect of her prescription. She loved her first visit and loved the staff and Dr. Holsclaw! As a mother I feel they covered every aspect of her vision cares and informed me very well. My daughter and I were offered a beverage and snacks several times and this made us feel very welcome. I give them 5 stars and will recommend them to every one I know!! Very impressed and pleased!
