Its a good location and a good place to shop. You dont have to fight a crowd of people like you would at one of the bigger stores, so its not hard to find a parking place and no long lines at checkout. Also if you enjoy working out, you can go to the new gym next door. I highly recommend it for everyone, even older people go there. Just tell them I sent you to check it out and as for a tour.

Nice location off the main road, I really like the furniture Big Lots sale. I’ve had good experiences every visit. The parking lot is very big, but in rough condition. Even the handicap signs and lines on pavement is in poor condition. For all the Truck Drivers delivering to this location, you’ll have no problem, plenty of room. It’s also very close to some fast food.

Ok store. Prices are high on some things. Good place to find things not anywhere else. Went to see Halloween section like advertised but there was very little to be found

We love this big lots! It’s always clean! When I was younger I hated going to big lots because it always felt dirty. The workers are always nice and willing to help.

Excellent staff, even rushing, They will take the time to help. Found everything within very reasonable time, new items are in stock now for starting spring backyards, you should check them out. The checkout lane was speedy and cashiers never fail to ask for rewards card. Love that always saving. The parking area was fairly light and always clean of debree, the lighting outside is great can see everywhere you step. Take advantage of the special deals, you wont be dissappointed. 💖

This place is nothing like it used to be. Since the move to the new location a few years ago. They dont carry items like they did.

I dont shop there at all why I was in that town there I stopped and shopped there to see what they had that store was alot cleaner and laid out different made it look cleaner

I Like Big Lots I really do but they need to keep things stocked I know that things are tough these days and its kind of hard to get stuff in but when I go in and looking for something and they only have one choice because all the others are gone it kind of aggravates me so maybe they can improve on that

I love big lots! It has been my go to store especially during covid. Avoiding walmart has been a stress relief for me. They have great items in the store. The staff are always friendly and helpful they always have on their masks and cleaning supplies are always available at the carts. 5 stars for our small town store.

Not a bad store overall, not many people is a huge plus these days, but on down side not a big selection but what they do have is good quality for the price.

I visit Big Lots quite often. I think the brand of drinking water they have tastes the best of any other products. I also like showing for their holiday items, great prices on all their products. Friendly staff and store is very clean.

Manager is very unfriendly went in the store with intentions on buying 2 recliners and a reclining sofa ask to see the manager and he was very rude I guess because I am not a prissy woman he thought I could not afford his furniture well guess what I had cash in my purse sale lost big lots maybe corporate should speak to him about not judging a book by its cover

Very friendly staff and very helpful we bought our sectional today and two very nice gentleman helped us load it and we are very pleased with their service. I recommend them to anyone.

This store is a lot larger and well kept that I expected. The employees are very nice and easy to work with .

I went into big lots in search of a new sofa after my dog had chewed mine. I was greated by a nice young man named Ryan. Ryan was nice enough to find me the perfect replacement sofa and even went out of his way to find me a club to keep the dog from chewing the new one. Absolutely fantastic customer service, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have to admit this is one of the best stores to shop and dream shop that I have been too. Big Lots has always been a family retail store that definitely has a lot of amazing merchandise at decent prices and extremely friendly staff. I will most definitely return there upon getting my income tax return to redecorate my home and knowing that the products there are very unique and very characteristically styled for anyones preference. I highly recommend this store and I will look further put more unique merchandise to furnish my home.

Very epic lad named Ryan helped me pick out a new sofa. I will pick it up on my stimulus pay day. Oh boy, I sure am glad this Ryan fella is an essential worker! K rate 5 stars!

Many improvements over the last few weeks. Low stocking points throughout but that the new norm in this day and time. I prefer to shop in person not on line to keep Americans working

Not as good a selection as I had hoped for, and not as cheap as Dollar Tree! But had what I wanted, just not the quantity I wanted!

Its the seasonal change going on. Not as much selection as normal but some really good deals. And Im sure that inventory selection will be increased soon

Big Lots has a whole Warehouse full of household items. The only way to really tell what all they have on hand is to go in and look around sometimes they have some things you would like and sometimes they dont. Some things are very well priced and other items are the run-of-the-mill price.

This weekend is suppose to be tax free weekend. Oh no wait..... dont go to big lots cuz they dont honor tax free weekend this year at all. YOU can only buy paper for tax free, while everywhere else around and I mean every store honors tax free weekend on the whole store but not big lots. Dont go here they r rude and do not honor what they say.

This is still a decent five and dime store but it use to be great before they started carrying groceries. Having said that, you can find some unusual grocery items that add some variety to your kitchen pantry.

I love shopping for discounts and closeout merchandise. Unfortunately big lots has become a retail Outlet that has branded its own merchandise. But still they have some great deals.

Everything I was looking for was easily found, staff were friendly and helpful.Just need to turn the heat down! I was sweating when I left and did not have a coat on.

Love this big lots! They are cleaner than they were before they moved! More organized than any big lots Ive ever been in. And the staff was so helpful! They have tons of great prices. They have some awesome home decor items. Up to date home decor items...and I bought 3 different perfumes...and didnt spend $11.00 on all three together. Spent a total of $40-$50 easily! Cant wait to go back!

Always liked Big lots. But not so much now that they are at the new location! Seems out of the way and just not the same. It’s a nice store well laid out but it just isn’t the same Big Lots it once was. The old location was always busy, this location seems like no one is hardly ever there.

We were in and out. Smelt like cat litter box. But service was excellent.

I like this location better. The employees were very helpful and nice. My husband, however, was very disappointed that there was no tool department like the one at the older store. I too, think sales would improve with tools.

If you like finding good deals like I do in a clean, friendly discount store look no further. The Elizabethton BigLots is clean, well lit, and always stocked with tons of goodies. The employees are always friendly and helpful too.

Some of the employees were vary rude and snoopy i dont like being followed around by them treating me like I was shoplifting. The association mangers was very nasty when i asked about a sale price so i go to the johnson city stores they arw very helpful Elizabethan store employees are very rude..

My favorite place for Christmas decor. The prices are comparable to Wal-Mart and the quality is the same. They have good furniture here, and layaway to boot. We shop here for most of our home goods needs, and seasonal decor - Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. I would rather shop here than Wal-Mart!!
