I went there after a friend had told me she was pleased with the price and service. The employee was very helpful and very patient with me while I tried to decide what I wanted to sell or keep. Other places had got very short and rather rude to me when I was unsure, but I was very happy with the care I was given. They are there to guide you and you can bring in anything thats broken or missing stones, they do not care what condition it is in. I left very happy and was blown away by how much I was offered. They are the BEST place to go to when you are ready to clean out that jewelry box!
