Good place to find parts

I don’t like talking bad about anymore so I’ll just share my experience you make your own I I took my chainsaw at the recommendation of my father-in-law who lives in Elizabethon left it there for about a week and a half to two weeks after repeated calling and not being able to get a hold of these people I went ahead and purchased a new chainsaw figured I’d keep this one as a spare went back there today and they still have not even started working I went to purchase a mower filter for my push mower they could not except cards things happen machines are down I understand The filter was supposed to cost five dollars and some change so I went to food city got cashback took a 10 over to the gentleman to pay for the filter and pick it up OK register worker I was going to keep the entire 10 after bringing this up he gave me back five dollars and change and I left

Great people and great service we have done business with mr bunton for several years and hes always helped us and beat every price any other company has offered us and he only sales name brand and parts and mowers and tools that will last many years to come thanks mr bunton

When the shop first opened it was great, (was different owner at this time) (Terry Barker). Shortly thereafter Brian bought him out and the decline started. First he lost his echo dealer status then came bad boy after that. Now they are down to flat out lying and cheating people on the regular! They have screwed me big time and lied repeatedly. Then if you call about your mower then they will lie and then close shop and leave early to avoid dealing with you.... They dont deserve the 1 start I had to give for the review!!!

If you dont believe the horrible reviews do buisness here and add another one to the list.this place is garbage.

I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase from these people, I bought a Dr mower from them and when I got home it wouldnt even run long enough for me to get it off my trailer the owner is a lier and a cheat, he would not give me my money back for something I had just bought. It ran long enough to make the sell. So I just wanted warn people about these guys, so you dont get taken like I did. Very bad business.

Great place for lawn mower parts and service! Very helpful in what is needed for repair and lets you know when it is repaired. New mowers, weed eaters and blowers for your summer yard work!

The owner, Brian Bunten, was very friendly and repairs were done quickly at a reasonable price.

I brought my mower in that I havent ran in over a year. I didnt know what was wrong with it, I just told them to fix it. They told me it would take 2 weeks. After a month of calling them and asking about my mower it was finally looked at and they had it ready for pick up. I get it home, start it up and it shakes like crazy and tring to stall out. I let off the throttle to turn it off and it POPS and starts smoking. I let it cool off for a bit, and try to start it again and the cord wont rewind itself let alone will it start. If it were an option Id rate them 1 blackhole... as in a negative star. 😒
