One of the worst managed stores Ive ever seen. Tammy is a terrible owner. Completely two-faced. Overheard her talking badly of her employees behind their backs, using curse words as well. They do not know how to properly train employees. New employees cant ask for help without Tammy getting hateful and acting like its such an inconvenience. Very unprofessional. I will go elsewhere from now on!!

The store is clean and very nice. The prices to send packages are decent.But, the employees the last two times I have gone in are less to be desired..I mean people go in this place to send and recieve packages and mail and get photocopies done.But the last two times I have gone in to send a package I was treated like I had the plague..I merely asked to pack my stuff in the box and they looked at me like I was doing something utterly wrong..I have OCD and I would rather pack up the items that I am sending out..I dont want my items thrown into the box and broken by these employees...Idk if I will continue to use the UPS store or not due to this treatment??..If the employees would understand that some people would rather pack up their items on their own instead of being thrown into the box and then sealed up and sent out..Maybe I am asking too much??..I just thought this would be different and that I would be treated better since its the UPS store...Just a little thought I had..

The people here are just about the nicest around. I’ve had a mailbox there for over 4 years. Since my wife and I are full-time RV’rs, their services are a necessity for us because most RV parks don’t have a mailing address. We are able to pick up all of our mail and packages as well as send mail and packages at one stop! The problem with a P.O. Box is that most businesses won’t deliver packages to them. With the UPS store I get a physical mailing address so we’re able to receive everything! I highly recommend the UPS store in Elizabethton, TN!

The friendliest, kindest workers! I have used this UPS store for years now and with every experience I am consistently impressed with how happy and helpful every employee has been. Dealing with packages can be frustrating and they do everything possible to smooth the process. From taping packages down to carrying packages to my care, they truly do it all.

Had businesns cards printed printed the wrong name then they try to blame me because they cant spell . I would not recommend there printing services to anyone . Not to mention I got screwed out of 250 cards after I clearly told them I had 750 printed .....

The Customer Service at this UPS location is STELLAR. The store reps are knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and friendly. They really seem to enjoy their job. Tammy Taylor, the owner and Notary, has helped me with loads of legal documents (scanning, printing, copying, notarizing, shipping) ~ on time and perfect execution. She is SUPER helpful ~ even willing to notarize at my location when/if necessary. I have also used their storage services (Cherokee) with great success. I highly recommend this store to anyone. It is my favorite business in Elizabethton. Five star experience every time!

Im thankful to have a UPS store in Elizabethton. They perform a variety of services, and its not just the sending and receiving of packages. Most important, its a friendly, efficient place. Prices are reasonable. You tell them what you need, and theyll get the job done. Excellent customer service with no need to drive to another city.

There is a young man that works there, I think his name was Tyler, that is absolutely wonderful. He was extremely pleasant to talk to. He also had 175 baby shower invitations, cut, and with envelopes to me in less than an hour when I thought it would be the next day. Very friendly store. If I ever need anything done like this again I will definitely be going back.

Seemingly well-intentioned yet grossly incompetent and unprofessional staff. UPS should be ashamed for not training these high school students in business and communication skills.

Wow! What nice people. Most times I am in and out. Copies, Color Copies, Blueprints ... Starting to build a house here.Also, they have received a pair of skis for me rather than ship to my apartment. Sent a fax to my e-mail. People get digital signatures there (Dont even understand that!)Also passport photos. They are very professional, and helpful.Im not in ownership or and employee or close friend...just nice people here!Mark

Fast, friendly service from people who obviously care about doing things right the first time. Sure beats my old Kinkos shop in terms of printing and business services.Fast, easy & local for business cards, package drop-off, returns and finger printing. Lower prices on packing materials than Walmart when I moved. Ive sent faxes, printed fliers for school, and returned online packages here.I never thought about Elizabethton for full service business services but that has changed! I think they also handle custom print jobs next door, yard signs, sports teams and such. Very friendly staff will make it happen!

So convenient for us here in Elizabethton - it is always busy! Store is clean, well stocked and the staff very polite and helpful. I will be back!
