The staff were friendly and helpful. They still do engine light tests, but you have to hook up the machine yourself.

My husband was helped by Maria today. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! She was very thorough with the problem we were having with our van, and now our van is running well, when it couldnt even start 2 hours ago. She is incredible!

Needed a new wiper blade. Staff was so helpful with selection of the right one. And went so far as installing the new wiper blade for me in the freezing cold.

The people here are friendly, but take some time to get there attention if you need something. When you do though they are very determined to help you in any way they can. If it is busy though you will be waiting as they tend to not have enough people working so I had to wait like 10min to get checked out.
