The technician rerouted a spout directly over the opening to the gutter which is now no longer allowing rain runoff to spill out over the gutter. So far, it is working and it turned out to be an obvious easy fix. It was worth the wait until the technician could get here. I would recommend this company for spouting/gutter issues.

He had some great ideas to re-route the downspouts to clean up the appearance of the house. After his visit, we knew this company was the one to go with. When it came time for the install, Glen was responsible for the fascia capping. I am a stickler for detail, and he did not disappoint! It is easy to see he takes a lot of pride in his work. My wife and I have Used Century Home Improvements for years, they have re-shingled our main roof and patio, installed new gutters, installed a rubber membrane roof on a small specialty roof, and last November they installed vinyl cedar shingles on the front and back eaves. Jim the estimator for the company has understood our needs and has delivered every time. The crews have been great, the workmanship is outstanding and the products have been top notched. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. They would be the first company I would contact for additional work I would need done.

The men who came to clean our gutters had a big job to do as we have a ton of trees. The workers were friendly and didnt mind the amount of work. They worked effectively and quickly and our gutters have never looked better. On top of their high quality work, the men noticed our Christmas decoration on the front lawn had fallen over from the high winds overnight. I knew I had to go out and put the reindeer upright again. Next thing I knew, the gutters were done and the reindeer were standing tall. Now that is FULL service and basic kindness. This is the third time weve used Century and we will continue to do so. Chad came to our home to do an estimate. Chad seemed very rushed. He only spent 20 minutes at our home. He gave us 2 brochures and ran out. He left so quickly that he called later that day and said he forgot his notebook and couldnt give us an estimate without it. I spoke to his manager Marshall who was condescending and had nothing but excuses. Marshall was supposed to call me back....1 week later, no call back. I would not recommend using this company.

We love these guys! Always professional, never pushy, can complete the services we need quickly and with high quality. They work with slate which is what we have for our roof, and always go above and beyond! We are so glad that we found a local business that we can support, while getting the service we need. We recently purchased a home in Franklin County and quickly discovered our gutters were in serious need of cleaning and repair. We decided to have Gutter Helmet installed because the product worked beautifully on our old home in Baltimore. The company sent two brothers, Ray and Ron, who were courteous and professional and very respectful of us and our property. They worked efficiently, did an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly. Our gutters look great and are working well thanks to Century Home Improvements.

During one of the most recent windstorms, a large piece of fascia blew off of our home. I reached out on Facebook for recommendations. Someone in the neighborhood recommended Century Home Improvements. She included the phone number so I called.I was greeted with a friendly voice and a knowledgeable customer service representative. I relayed my issue and she said no problem. She took down my information, provided me with detailed costs, and said that she will send it off to the appropriate department.Within (2) days, I came home to see that the piece had been replaced! I was impressed with the turnaround. The bill arrived and I prepared myself for sticker shock, well I was wrong. The bill was as described and not overpriced. To date, Century Home Improvements has performed three exterior home improvement projects at my house. The quality of the work performed was nonpareil, so much so that I was careful to request the same crew members each time. Recommended.

Century came out to our house and installed gutter guards on the house and detached garage. Al came highly recommended to us and did a great job. He cleaned our gutters, installed one new gutter and installed the gutter helmet system in less then two days. Would recommend, they are working great!

They Installed my Sunsetter awning. Very professional, great workmanship, cleaned up.

I was very satisfied with the professional installation of three exterior steel doors . My house was built in 1956 and still had the original wooden doors which were not energy efficient against the winter cold. Thanks to John W. & his crew, there are now 3 ProVia doors keeping the cold away. They installed all three doors in one day. To prevent heat from escaping during the installation, they kept the storm doors on while attaching the new steel doors.There was termite damage to one doorframe that they repaired from a supply of wood that was stored in their truck. I would recommend Century Home Improvements for their thorough, clean and professional work.

CHI installed our spouting 12 years ago on a new home. It never seemed right. Always spilled over. When we decided to sell our home we asked CHI to come and look at it. After some confusion over an inspection to the wrong address a qualified technician came out and declared that the whole spouting was installed faulty. CHI replaced all the spouting at NO CHARGE after 12 years of faulty installation. I would give 5 stars for the free replacement but there was a very poor CS rep who answered my phone call and was not in the know about my situation and insisted having me pay the replacement without any reference to the technician who inspected my spouting or the manager who declared it be replaced at no charge. I wish Id remember her name but I dont so beware of an uncooperative rep when you call. I experienced faulty installation for 12 years, an obnoxious receptionist and a technician who inspected the wrong home and charged me for it. But in the end CHI made everything right.

I had terrible water problems in my basement due to terrible gutters. I called Century because their gutter guarantee is amazing. The rep came to my house and explained everything about this specific kind of gutter and minimal care. I was sold on it because I hate ladders and cleaning gutters! I just need a hose to clean the outside of the gutters. The man who installed the gutters was so good at his job! He got the new gutters up so fast and so solid! These guys were great from start to finish. I am actually many months late in reviewing them, so i have had several months with the new gutters. They are working so well and no more water in my basement! Excellent investment in my house!

Roger was friendly and so knowledgeable. The service was prompt and they were there when they said they would be. I was so glad I spoke to Tod and he handled our needs.

Called for an estimated and received a call back right away. Set up an appointment to walk through what I needed done and received an estimate. The work was scheduled and done on time. I had my tin roof painted and gutters serviced on my house and a soffit repaired on my garage. I was very happy and satisfied with the work done on my home and garage. I would contract with Century again when I need more repairs.

The salesman was very knowledgeable, had many years of experience with the company, was respectful, informative and pleasant. He explained what we would need to do before the work was done. The work was scheduled in a relatively short time. The worker who did the job was prompt, courteous and professional. We are very, very pleased so far with the quality of the product and its performance.

Called them to look at a small job. They told me they could give me an estimate, them 16 weeks until they could start a job. Called another roofing contractor and 3 days later they came to estimate and immediately fixed the problem. They were here for 45 minutes and the repair was complete.

Their actual work is fine. Their prices a little high. However, they gave me terrible customer service from Job Supervisors sitting in their office. They charged me extra for small part of job which their original Estimate Guy led me to believe was part of price. When I objected, the jobs Supervisor would not talk to me in person by phone. He had the secretary tell me they required the extra part. No discussion. This was not a courteous way to treat a prior repeat customer! They did not seem to care about me. So, I will shop my roofing/gutters work elsewhere in future. I advise that customers of theirs get it ALL IN WRITING prior, including ALL THE TINY EXACT DETAILS.

We had a tree break and hit our home. We had hired a contractor to fix the home. That company contacted Century for the gutter work. We found the original company taking shortcuts to fix the house and when we brought it to their attention, they walked off the job. Then we hired Century to complete all of the repairs. THEY WERE GREAT!!. My husband is picky and likes to know how things are being fixed. Century was very patient and professional through the entire process. THANK YOU Century!

Chad was very friendly and professional. He gave us very good onsite assessment of each building. He truly loves his work and has a friendly upbeat manor. The crew was prompt and courteous. Installed some new spouting (looks great). Also repaired some damaged spouting & siding that was not a Century product and did a fine job matching the existing materials.

We had Century install new spouting on our home and with the heavy rainstorms this summer, they worked very well. We later had them install new shutters. Although there was a color issue with them, it was resolved nicely.

We have done business several times and everything went great. However, I called in July, 2016 to get cost of a replacement bottom window sash. I called back twice, but no one got back to me. I finally stopped at the office in E-town, in late Sept. they had an order for me but it was not followed up. Had person come out and get tag numbers and measurements for sash. Now I am still waiting to hear about the estimate and time it will take to get it installed. Very Disappointed!!!!

I had a single shingle replaced. A storm had blown it off. The technician did a good replacement. There was an issue with billing. I was overcharged for a tube of calk. I was charged an extra $10 for an already open tube. I was not given the remaining amount. How many customers were charged for the same tube of calk. Im sick of big companies overcharging and nickel and diming me. They have been hounding me for the $10 which I refuse to pay for months. They have spent more money on poatage than correcting my bill.

Work was completed in accordance with the contract. Two employees were closing skylights on our roof during two downpours. They were soaked but no water came in the house.

So easy from first call to finished project, courteous sales person and workmen.

The first job I asked Century to do was to close up a soffit that had deteriorated and was allowing a place for birds to nest. We also had been hearing squirrels running around in the ceiling so we had asked Century to also look around the roof area to ensure that there werent any other areas where animals could get in. So in the Fall when all of the animals had cleared out, the Century folks took care of the soffit nicely and reported that there were no other areas where animals could get in. I then asked them to come back and seal up a leaky box gutter that was allowing water to periodically leak into my second floor bathroom (in a three story house). They came and did their sealing. The bathroom wall was repaired and I was so happy. A little over a month later, the box gutter was leaking again and the bathroom wall was destroyed again. I was so angry! I called them and they said they would send someone out to look at it. After another month or so with no return call, I called again. This back and forth went on for a while until finally, someone came out. Needless to say, he didnt bring a tall enough ladder to reach the second floor box gutter and had to inspect/repair it from a 3rd story window. When I got the bill in the mail, I was livid! I called the company and the woman that I spoke to stated that they dont guarantee repair work and I was going to be stuck with the second bill and if I actually wanted to have the problem fixed, pay another lump of money to have it relined. Me, not savvy on all the home improvement lingo, thought that that was what I had asked for the first time around so that the problem was fixed. Apparently not! So the bill was paid and I swore that I would never give them anymore business and also share my experience with anyone who asked me for recommendations for home improvement companies. NOW...Spring has arrived and I hear the darn squirrels in the ceiling again. My neighbor, who can see my roof from one of his windows, has now told me that he can clearly see the access point in a lower area of the roof. So did they bother to look around to see if there were any other areas of accessibility when I asked them to? I highly doubt it. I am so angry that I feel that I need to share my experience to anyone who Googles Century Home Improvement operating out of Elizabethtown, PA. Word to the wise...If you have a problem and actually want it fixed and not have to keep paying for someone to come and dink around until they feel they actually want to fix the problem for you and not have to return and sock it to you once again, DO NOT hire anyone from Century Home Improvement! Hire professionals who know what they are doing and care about doing it right.
