Took a few minutes to find an available sales associate, but as soon as I told him the challenge we were having finding shoes there that fit our five year old, he pulled out some New Balance ones immediately and they were perfect. Then we found a great deal on Crocs for little man also!

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Couldnt recommend a better shoe store.

Do not go on a Saturday. Waited in line for 30 mins and they had nothing in place for the pandemic. No 6 ft apart, masks....nothing. just crammed in like sardines.

Really dissapointed. Wife spent an hour and a half in there trying to find shoes for our youngest son. He is disabled and He got his new leg braces and had to get a bigger size than normal. After trying on 20 pairs and running back and forth herself she was able to find some for him . She asked store employees for help in sizing his afos bottoms and getting sizes and was met with being ignored completely and nasty stares. Go up to the front counter and ended up spending 250 because we thought there was a bogo sale going on. Get home security tag still on her shoes and wrong size in box. She felt very unwelcome, ignored, and felt gawked at and son felt uncomfortable As well.

Every experience Ive ever had at this restaurant has been great. Great food, which is always delivered consistent. Ive gone to this restaurant since I was young, and I take my son now. Tip them well, they work very hard to make sure you have a great time.

I saw a guy hanging on the shelves texting not helping people out. A guy with curly hair he must have been holding up the shelves for safety reasons.

Plenty of employees on shift, but no one to help. I Ended up finding what I needed on my own. I wish I didn’t have to spend my money there but with so few options in town, I did resentfully.

The first weekend of the stimulus and everyone apparently became a size 8 in shoes in every brand. Not cool... I actually had to buy mall shoes and even that was a struggle.

The wife and I went there for a specific brand she saw on their website. Not a good selection, there were only 7 pairs of shoes for the brand and most were same size.

They girls at the counter were awesome and went above i odered on line but the ones i really wanted were not showing on line when i got to the store to pick up my order i told her the shoe i really wanted she found it in the store and switched it for me i will always go back

Went in yesterday to find some sandles, wasnt really sure exactly what I wanted but they had a variety to chose from and I absolutely LOVE the ones I bought. They also had a sale for BOGO so I also bought my son a pair as well. We also got 3 packs of socks, buy 2 get 1 free. I was very pleased with my purchases and will be back again.

Someone shopping had a note from their doctor and showed the store that they cannot wear a mask and the associate threatened to call security and kicked them out of the store. Ridiculous. I wont be back and my kids are in pageantry so i shop there often. Not anymore.

Went on a Tuesday and I could shop with ease. I liked not being bombarded by sales people and that I could do my own thing. The employees were there if I needed them and they were visible. The check out was easy and the fella behind the counter was super nice.

Lines were long due to back yo school shopping but he cashiers did an awesome job getting everyone checked out very quickly. I had a few dicount options and she was able to help me decide which one to use to obtain the biggest savings at the time of purchase. Great customer service!

The manager of this store just made me a customer for life! This gentleman went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I had an issue with a defect in some shoes and he took care of it right then and there. First time in have ever been made feel like I was VIP in a shoe store. I will never shop anywhere else. Kudos!

Needed a pair of shoes and found one that I liked at a reasonable price, but not in the width. I asked if someone could go in back and see if theres any back there. The empoyee just said without checking as he snapped rudely NO! We dont carry shoes that wide! We only carry one size because we dont sale them! I asked if it can be ordered and he says ya; it just cost $50.00 for ordering it! Im like WoW customer service has really gone down hill. Ill take my money elsewhere. No need to being rude. If i talked to my customers with such rudeness Id be fired on the spot...

Got two great pairs of shoes for a great price employs not real helpful

This place has become really pricey! Its been years since I have went here. Lots of shoes but no good deals on tennis shoes like Adidas, Nike or Converse. I can find way better deals at 50%or 60% of what they are charging here for the same exact shoe elsewhere in Radcliff/Etown.

The prices are a little on the high side unless theyre having a good sell which is not too often. They dont have enough sells people on the floor and there are long waits to checkout most of the time.

Decent deals though the only deal to stack is the wheel that you spin that gives you 0 to 5 dollars off. (I got $3 off) kinda wish i didnt have to play a game to get a discount as it shows they can afford to give the full $5 off but just dont. In any case the shoes i purchased themseleves are nice new balances. They feel good on my feet. The buy one get one half price deal is nice but does not apply to a lot of their stock. All in all Im pretty satisfied I just wish shoes werent so expensive. But thats not entirely their fault.

Not really impressed with customer service. Felt like I was on my own even after asking about a certain shoe the manger pointed me in the right direction. He did have a good attitude and was polite. Ànd lets face it I was there for the buy one get one half off. Still felt like I was Intruding. Did have one girl help me and when asked about a size helped look. Prices were okay nothing special, store was clean over all I got what I came for and the experience was not all bad. I will give three Stars.

Good shoe store, prices are not too bad. The employees in the other hand are not very friendly. They go outside to smoke right by the entrance door. Why not smoke inside is not like the smoke goes inside, and never mind if I dont want to inhale the smoke in my way in. Didnt even bother tell the manager as the manager was within view and clearly didnt care.

You can always get great deals and the staff is always so helpful.

Alot of fashion shoes. Biggest new balance selection in etown.. With many extra wide options... Often has bogo half off. Cashiers discussed leaving their work for next shift.... Instead of caring for customers. Often their answer is if u cant find it..we dont have it. Just 9 of 10 arent helpful or business minded. Otherwise a great place to find big variety of family shoes.
