Asked them to remove old busted auto start. They removed all the old wires AND replaced old frayed wires with new ones and new connections too.They not only got rid of a bunch of old junk, but they made my car actually run better.

They were Quick and easy to deal with. Didnt have any problems.

They do great work!! I went yesterday and got exactly what I wanted. They were patient and talked me through everything and made sure that I was comfortable with the choice that I made. Once he knew that he went to work and even went a step above by securing my speaker so it wouldnt move around. Once he was finished he showed me everything that was done and even talked me through the process of taking it out if I wanted but if I didnt feel comfortable I could always come back and he would do it. Great customer service, great products, great work. I will definitely be going back for more work to be done!!

A great place for additions to your vehicle! They recently added a backup camera to my wifes 2008 GMC Acadia, something she always wanted but we never got around to until recently. We were very pleased with the results. It looks like a factory professional installation! I plan on doing the same soon to my 2000 Chevy Silverado.

1 Star is too many. They are condescending, arrogant, and want you to know that they know A LOT more than you do. On top of that, they do not stand behind their product. They installed a system that failed, and then when I brought it back they did their level best to blame me for the way it was wired. Ummmmmm - YOU wired it. After much effort on my part, they agreed to replace the components, but guess what? they dont have any in stock. After 10+ days, and a lot of getting the runaround, I give up - my time is worth more than to jerk around with their excuses and runaround. Hope they enjoy my money - they wont get any more of it. By contrast, I had another of my vehicles done at their competitor Blue... and was treated professionally and had the job done right. Oh, and here is 1 more tip for them.....maybe they should spray a little air freshener in their store to help fend off the smell of burning cannibus.

They are very rude and extremely overpriced...i brought my own Kenwood and Pioneer system with me and they treated it as if it were junk and wanted to charge me more to install it then if I had bought and installed their products...would not recommend them to anyone unless you have an open check book

Friendly staff and gave me a little discount because it had a little scratche!

I had a component installed that allowed me to connect my iTouch/iPhone to my older stereo. That was accomplished, but they lost two stars for the following. 1st. my dash now has a few marks around the stereo from the removal. The 2nd comes from them accidently disconnecting the switch that allows me to turn all the lights on in the car. The 1st is the main reason since this is now a permanent mark that I will always notice. the second can happen but adds to the overall derogation of service.
