Don’t waste your money paying to have something delivered because they won’t be able to follow through on time EVEN THOUGH they will lead you to believe that they will! They will happily take your $15 for delivery and say thanks when you GO IN AND PICK THEM UP YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T DELIVER ON TIME! Suggestion....since you are clearly having issues with delivering on time, you shouldn’t charge the people who have to get it themselves due to lack of delivery drivers!

Seem to have major delivery issues, so much so, that the staff talked me out of placing an order right in town. Not used to a store talk me out of placing an order! Especially if the delivery is so close to them. They are selling a service they do not believe in themselves and that is very unsettling

Ive noticed a big difference since the Edible Arrangements changed management or whatever has changed in the past few years. Not only does this location no longer stock Edible to go items in their display windows, it seems as though the workers like to discourage business by seeming put off when you request those items to be made. My family had gone in on free sample Wednesday and have been told multiple times that they didnt prepare any for the day. To be honest, thats okay if your store outright doesnt participate in the promotion, however, that isnt the case for this location. If that is the case, please post that on your store front to save everyone just a second of time.Sherrys Berries exists. They are cheaper and just as lovely.

Left detailed instructions to deliver to my girlfriend at work, instead of calling me and letting me know the time didnt work for them, they delivered them anyway on their own time, hours before she even got to work. Will be my last time spending 65 dollars on 12 strawberries

The store is open till 5pm on Saturdays; however when I tried to buy something at 4:45 I was informed that they quit taking orders at 3pm on Saturdays. Basically, you can walk in between 3pm and 5pm; however you cant buy anything.

Wanted to take my money, but couldnt guarantee delivery by 1:00 pm,called at 8:05 am
