Love the photo app and how easy it is to create beautiful photo gifts and decor. The best gifts ever when you e run out of ideas and don’t want to buy gifts that will be set aside. They are fast and efficient.
This place is terrible... Always under staffed wait times abnormal.. 2 hrs.. And no knowledge.. Pharmacy couldnt even tell me they didnt have all the prescription.. After a hr drive and 24 minutes on hold with no answer..Very rude un knowledgeable.. Dont even get me started about Hodgenvile..
Easy access and my prescriptions are ALWAYS accurate! What more could I possibly ask for?
They NEVER answer the phones. Very rude employees.
I have been to CVS in Elizabethtown, KY several times in the past few months to pick up prescriptions and to buy merchandise. Each time there were customers in the building who were not wearing masks. Also at each visit, the clerks at the front counter were not wearing masks properly (noses uncovered). I asked one clerk why she wasnt wearing her mask properly and she said that it kept falling down. I find it disturbing that a pharmacy could be so lax in keeping their customers (and employees) safe during the pandemic. Perhaps Walgreens will be a safter pharmacy for me to use.
Good customer service
In desperate need of a new store manager
Ill just say. Ive never been here one time and my prescription has been ready. Line is always backed up with a wait.
Not very professional or accommodating to customers. The man in the back at the pharmacy was rude and referred to me (a female) as “sir”. How rude can he be to do this?
The staff is extremely unprofessional. They tag team following customers around waiting to see if they will shoplift. I witnessed them ask a lady to go through her bag before she left. She completely offered, and had nothing stolen in it. Not once did the shift lead Molly apologize or show any remorse for falsely accusing her. I work in retail. You are not allowed to stop or accuse any customer of stealing. You definitely don’t have the authority to go through anyone’s belongings. Even if you see it with your eyes or on camera you must catch the items on them. People could easily pick something up and place it somewhere else in the store. That doesn’t make them guilty of stealing! When the customer questioned the lady she would not give her name and threatened to call the call the cops on her if she didn’t leave! If anyone had proof of stealing on camera you better know exactly what it was & find it on them. You don’t have proof they walked out of the store with it!!! I’m Appalled that this is the customer service this store serves. I will go to Walgreens before I witness such ignorance. Every manager there is rude and helpless.Apalled
They have friendly staff special cvs pharmacy manager . they very extremely busy
Everything available 24/7
If I could give them zero stars I would. First off they don’t answer their phones and wait times are terribly long. Second, it’s rarely hassle free. My husband’s medication is detrimental to him and it’s stressful to wonder if it will be filled and ready when it should be filled on time, which most of the time it’s not. I Currently called twice today and have been on hold for over half an hour waiting for the pharmacy to answer their phone. Drive Thru is usually fast however they have everyone and the mother waiting in a line to pick up their prescriptions so that can take some good wait time too. Definitely needs much more improvement. The staff is usually apologetic, but never seem to improve.
Been here twice now since moving to Elizabethtown. Staff is friendly. Waited in line 10-15 min both times, which wouldnt have been an issue except when it was my turn they didnt have my prescription ready that had been called in 10-12 hrs prior. Both times they waited till I arrived then told me Its not quite ready yet, can you please wait? Less than 2 minutes the bottle is filled and ready which is a little scary because they rush to get it to the counter, plus I have to wait in line again. Drive -thru is worse. I guess they dont bother filling prescriptions until the customer arrives? Im probably going to move my prescriptions over to Walgreens. Its beside a Taco Bell anyway. Super convenient.
Transitioning from a different state has been difficult. The pharmacy staff has twice now not 8nformed me of a state regulation until I go to pick up my prescription and then have to come back at a different time. I think better communication practices would be helpful. Most days I havent had a wait but today I waited for over 10 minutes.
They never answer the phone. It drives me crazy!!! Perhaps they need more staff.
Tried to buy sale item. Was told item werent on sale Went home retrieved circular. Went back . Manager,,, reluctantly,,, gave me the sale price. No consideration for my time, gas, or irritation! Wont darken their door step again! You were warned.
Really, Really bad. It’s obvious to me what’s going on here. The company is purposefully understaffing the pharmacy to reduce labor costs and maximize profits. You notice how late at night there is no techs and 1 pharmacist on duty? This is because the pharmacists are salaried so basically it’s cheaper to just have no techs on staff. This causes the pharmacist to be extremely stressed out and compromises patient safety. Shame on you CVS!
Medicine was ready when I arrived. But, was sent to 4 different windows. Instead of one window taking care of me I had to go back-and-forth.
Friendly staff whos always willing to help. Just be careful to avoid the rush hours during daytime visits. It helps a lot that theyre open 24/7! Even on holidays! ALSO! Their liquor/beer closes at midnight on weekdays and Saturday. On Sunday, they close earlier at 9pm. Figured Id save you guys the trouble.
Avoid...If only I could give zero stars... In a matter of 24 hours this pharmacy has been a nightmare, and I never even got my prescription! Number one, the pharmacy people were very unpleasant and unapologetic about the mess they caused me. Two, they were going to charge me $50 for a prescription I never paid a cent for at Rite Aid, and when I spoke up, they asked for my insurance card and to loop around the 3 cars that were behind me. 15 mins later, I pulled up to the window and they told me they didnt know what was wrong and to call my insurance company. So I went home, spoke with my insurance company, and called CVS back to have them switch it back to Rite Aid, and guess what....they never did!I drove out of town for a doctors appointment the next day and realized they never gave me my insurance card back! Each of the 3 times I called, I waited to speak to someone. Finally I get ahold of a human and they tell me they dont have it. I told them I never got it back and he kept saying they dont have it. After I explained the situation in detail, again, he put me on hold and hung up on me. When I called back, I waited again! When the same guy finally answered, he said he checked with the ladies I described that helped me yesterday, and they were unfamiliar with the situation. He says he will call back later today...Im not holding my breath. What a waste of time!!
I been coming here she nice that opened never had one complaint
High prices on items. I purchased a 1.5 oz pain rub and it cost 22 dollars at this CVS Walmart carries the exact same item at half the price.
People were very kind.
Pleasure to see AJ working the pharmacy today. He is professional and personable.
Drive up window is totally waist of time waited 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription. This should be for pickup ONLY !!!!
Very friendly and helpful and courteous....wait time is horrible by phone or in person.
The pharmacy ppl are very rude
Always a wait. Always behind. Always apologizing for the wait or the delay. Always a disappointment.
Very impersonal experience. Makes me long for the other place
The wait time is absolutely horrible!
