Would not recommend these homes for any one. Have had problems for 6 years. Have been fighting the company and they wont do anything. Think twice before before buying from these people

Josh has been so patient and understanding throughout this whole process. My family and I have been here multiple times over the years trying to figure out what home was best for us and Josh was great each and every time. He would always answer our questions or find an answer if he didnt have it off hand. All of the staff there is friendly, however, Josh has somehow made us feel like family (maybe that has to do with how long hes had to deal with us, poor thing 😂🤣). It was a nice experience. Everyone was nice, polite, and not because they had to. It felt very genuine, plus we shared many laughs and joked around a little. Most other places are too forward and make it only about the sell.We explained our situation and plans with Josh, who gave us every bit of information that would help us. Also, his co worker took her time to show us to some homes that fit our price range and let us see a couple that caught our eye. And this poor woman was in a skirt with leggings out in the windy cold.The both deserve high recommendations and our gratitude.

The application process was simple and everything they needed They let us know. They worked with us on all things. They were very prompt with business and would call us back promptly if we had any questions or concerns. They helped us find the perfect home for our family and made us feel comfortable and positive about the whole buying situation. My husband done some dozer work for one of their customers and hes still waiting to be paid by this company the big sum of $200 months later. When he called again last week to remind them he was told they were getting tired of him calling! Lol. Dont expect much help if you need itUpdate: he finally got his check yesterday after several months

The guys in the office are fantastic, their contractors on the other hand are not. We have been moved in since December and live in a mud pit. Paid $895.00 for backfill work and it has yet to be done. We have had a lot of rain recently but have had plenty of dry weather to where it could have been completed. I am happy with our home itself but our property looks like a mud farm. Someone said on one of their reviews that furniture was included. It is NOT included, but appliances are.

If something changes from now until August, I may change my review. But as of right now, I’m not a happy customer at all. I don’t think they care if we’re happy or not. No communication what so ever unless I push for it. Just a terrible experience so far . 😔

Not a good first impression. Stopped there on a Saturday...nice weather. Was told they had no one to tour us and could not walk around alone. Got told we should have made an appointment. Nothing on the signs about this. The salesman was VERY impolite. When we stated we would go elsewhere, he stated ok without any hesitation or concern. Would have thought given the day and weather, if this is their policy, they would have more salesman.

Danny was a big help. He didnt mind walking out and looking around with us everytime we came in even in the rain.

Stay away!!! If you are doing the in house financing they will tell you one price then ask bank for another. In our case they told us that they only asked for $114999. We told them from the beginning what we could do a month and that was the max. When we got approved went in a it was $200 more per month told them nevermind. Got home and we had got a stack of papers in from the bank themselves showing that they asked for almost $132k. Was told several times they only asked for $114999

Called to get price on one of there models listed on there website. The salesmand couldnt tell me the cost of what they normally run. He said he couldnt look it up while on the phone, and never offered to look it up and call me back. It was if he wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. Horrible customer service

When your website list your black Friday hours as 9 to 6 I get there at 5 and your closed after me driving an hour and a half that poor customer service. Dont waste your time even going there if they arent going to honor their hours they have up on the website.

I was put with a brand new salesman. He tried the hardest to work with us but theres was still a lot he didnt know. That wasnt the issue, the quality of the home I recieved was of the poorest quality. They say the walls are reinforced with better insulation and a thicker drywall but yet I can still hear everything going on at the end of my house when Im on the complete opposite. Ive had numerous small things occur. I wouldnt be complaining about them (I understand owning a home these will happen) but Im starting to notice more and more each day. Something I shouldnt be noticing in a 2 year old home. Quality over quantity is how it should be, not the other way around.
