Very disappointed! Had a friend recommend them. Called and they were booked out 2 weeks. Not a problem so scheduled an appointment. Dropped off the bike day of the appointment. Two more weeks go by hadnt heard anything so we called. They said that they are getting ready to put it on the lift. In town the next day so stop by to see what they found. They never put it on the lift. Still hadnt even looked at it. Why schedule 2 weeks out if you are backed up more than 2 weeks. When we pulled up our bike is sitting outside. Not very happy they leave it outside with no protection. It could have been at home waiting protected. After talking to them they said they are still pretty full. They said we could take the bike. He would keep the ticket open and call when they have an opening. Whats the point of the first appointment. Glad to take the bike home where its protected and not sitting outside with no protection while they work on other bikes. Its been another 2 weeks and they have Not called to let us know they have an opening. Communication is key. Would have been okay with waiting if they communicated. I get being busy. Just schedule accordingly. Dont say you are getting it on the lift and at the close of the next day still not look at it. Tell people you are over a month out not 2 weeks out and still not look at it the 2 weeks you had it. Sad that this was our first impression. New to town and was looking for a good mechanic. Good news we found someone else to look at the bike. We have a new mechanic. Not only did they fix it but so happy with their job we had them do a few extras to it and spent more money than just repairs. Wilson lost money because of a lack of communication. Again we get short staff and being behind all we needed was communication.

Took our motorcycle for repair, told the guys up front exactly what it was doing. Went back 4 times and they still haven’t fixed it!! Almost $1,000 later they say it’s fixed, we shall see.

Today is a sad day, today marks the last day I will step foot in a local motorcycle store Wilsons Cycles. This place was a weekend place to hang out amongst friends and talk about old bikes pick up parts and work on bikes. Today that a decision to unjustly fire a certified Harley mechanic for no reason whatsoever shows the new character of the shop. This mechanic was more than that. This guy put his heart and soul into a a shop that ultimately turned their back on him. I could list the things he has done for Wilsons but if you have been there in the last 5 years you know what he has done. However they havent figured out what theyve done ..

Always enjoy visiting, Dennis is a plethora of HD knowledge new and old and always willing to help.

Great folks and great service. Half the price of the Harley dealer and I’m buying local.
