My mother has been with lincare for many years. These people are like second family. On Christmas Eve her concentrator started alarming. Called the number and call back was quick. Her concentrator was replaced. Thank you lincare. I highly recommend

Can we give less than 1 star? if so, they get a negative 3. Im waiting on the delivery of my INR Machine and testing supplies and everyone I talk to is English challenged and I never get a call back. What a joke.

My moms oxygen generator quit working on the evening of 8/2. I called the number on her machine. It was after business hours & all I got was to call back during normal business hours. NO EMERGENCY NUMBER????She did have oxygen tanks but they were all empty by Sunday evening (8/4) so she went without until this afternoon. The rep that came out delivered a working generator & 2 spare 4 hour tanks. He also told my wife & mom that the office number should connect to a 24 hour line for emergencies. Should & does dont happen in the case.

Ive called 4, yes 4, different times to come pick up supplies that my late fiance does not need anymore. Noone has bothered to call me back!

Never get answered by office. always an answering service. at least a 15 min time on hold. have to call back a second time after a week with no response.
