Luke did a phenomenal job installing our carpet. He was quick and very efficient. He really knows what he is doing and his work more than shows that. The entire staff at Elizabethtown Flooring from the day I stepped foot in there to view carpet and flooring samples was extremely kind and helpful. They are very informative and always happy to help answer your questions or concerns. I love the fact that a percentage of proceeds go towards stopping human trafficking. My wife and I had our kitchen floor replaced with vinyl flooring and our dining room and living room re-carpeted. From the very beginning when Bryan came out to complete the estimate until the work had been completed by Chad, we had nothing but extremely pleasant experiences.The people who work at E-Town flooring were helpful and enjoyable people to be around. Chad performed not only the installation, but helped a retired senior citizen move all the furniture so the work could be done. In fact, he did most of the furniture moving. This place is amazing. Brian and Kayla were so helpful throughout the entire process. They looked for weeks to try to find wood that would match the rest of my house. Unfortunately, they couldnt find any but provided tons of options for matching. The fit me into the schedule the next week and the floor looks amazing. They left a cute little gift bag as well with tons of goodies. Very nice touch! Will 100% be using them again if I have any other flooring needs

From the selection and help I received to replace flooring in 2 rooms, the fact that Elizabethtown Flooring is a Benjamin Moore dealer, and how one of the people there, Kayla, did a fantastic job repainting all the white trim, molding and doors to look like wood, I am extremely pleased with all of my experience and interaction with them. We contacted Elizabethtown Flooring, Paint, Blinds about replacing our old wall to wall carpet with new flooring. We had very little experience as to what was available and were pleasantly surprised by all the options, which was also overwhelming. He was also great and very personable. He also answered any questions I had while he was working. I want to thank Chris and Kayla for their assistance yesterday on helping me fix a broken tile. Kayla had took the time to call me back even though I didnt leave a message. She called back to ask if I had called their company in which I was very surprised! Chris spent at least 30 minutes helping me brainstorm on how to fix a broken tile instead of pulling the entire thing up. They both went above and beyond their dutys on helping me. I cant thank you enough Chris and Kayla! You can definitely tell that this is a company that values their customers!
