Overall an okay company to work for. Pay is below to average for most and benefits are fair.. There are drawbacks. Production is monotonous and the environment goes the way of the weather. Hot outside? Hot inside etc.. .Human Resource is a joke. She has no leadership skills and her opinion is whatever the company tells her it should be. Department heads can be demanding, petty and play the blame game. That said.. you cant find a better group of people to work directly with. Co-Workers were straight up good people. Helpful and fun to work with.
